Order delivery is not promptly. Lately, I ordered on 1/11/16 and is still not deliver.
Everything arrived in a timely manner except the mach3 razors. They arrived on time but it was a lot longer for them to arrive than the other items

Everything was just fine, the product was great. It just took 5 days for it to be mailed and another 7 days to get to me. So 12 days to receive it. In this day and age that is a long time.
I've been searching for these boots for awhile and when I came across these I had to hurry and get them. They do run a little Donal in my opinion buts half size up from your current shoe size definitely helps.

If it had not been for Choxi I could have not Christmas shopped. If I implied I had a bad experience this year I truly apologize it was perfect this year. The only problem I had was to make an adjustment on a review. I hit the wrong keys for the amount

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
