Choxi customer service staff have really stood behind their products. They helped me with a couple problems in a huge order and they kept on top of it for me!
At times things can get slow and they are usually pretty good about getting back with me in a timely manor. Always recommend the products and sights to friends and family, and view it often as most of the products are very good.
Great prices and products were as advertised. Just wish delivery would have been a little faster. Overall I will definitely be shopping with Choxi again.

Some items ship rather quickly, others may take 3-4 weeks... and you never know which ones are going to take the lengthier route. They do have good prices, but don't expect things to arrive fast!
I've been a fan of Choxi for a while now and have never had a bad experience. Their items are above average and never a problem if a return/refund is necessary. I especially love their "electronics' department. I have referred my family and friends to Choxi and they are all satisfied too.
I have nothing to complain about with the order I made recently. Much better than the numerous mistakes made and overcharging me for items i didnt order at Christmas time last year. The towels are excellent quality and am very satified with them. Plus the color doesnt match my old bathroom but i got the Platinum anyways. Cool color. Brightens up the dingy old green walls. If I wasnt strapped for cash now i would order another set.

I purchased a number of items from Choxi right after The Christmas holiday. I was very pleased with all but one item. The quality and prices can't be beat! Although, the items arrived separately, all items were shipped as quickly as possible. I have already told friends and family about this money saving site!

I had no problem placing my order, and I received exactly what I ordered.
Out of 20+ purchases on choxi, 3 items were incorrect. Those 3 transactions were either refunded or exchanged in a timely manor. All in all, very satisfied with pricing and support and will be ordering again in future. Thank you Choxi.
I liked the merchandise for the most part. I ordered 3 items which were shipped separately. The third item didn't arrive in a timely fashion so I emailed Choxi and received a very thorough and professional reply. The product arrived shortly thereafter.
I honestly never got a satisfying answer regarding these two items. A duplicate order on both of these items and honestly I don't want to paid s&h charges by return them back. Thanks Rosa

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
