I order regularly from Choxi and always have a good experience. Except for the time they would not give me two referral credits I had earned. I called to inquire and was told the two referrals came from the same I. P. address which I explained was impossible because my two friends live 45 miles apart and have never met each other. I was still denied.

I had no problem ordering for a second time and will be again in the future. Both of my shopping experiences were very easy and smooth transactions. Shipping takes no longer than any place else.
I'm pleased.

My questions were answered quickly and professionally.

The boots I ordered were exactly as described and fit perfectly thanks to the hint to order one size larger. They arrived a day earlier than expected which made it even better. Would absolutely recommend everyone buy these boots.

All items that were ordered were exactly as advertised. Was pleased that the boots I had ordered stated to order one size larger (the lining was thick! And warm). Would most definitely order thru Choxi again, and have already passed word along to friends and family.
