I ordered a set of nightgowns a size larger than I normally wear. They are too small, however, it would cost me more than the items cost to return them so I will regift them. The bracelet I received is very very tiny but it will do. The underwear is o. K. My previous orders have been more successful but I will still continue to use your website and hope for better results in the future.

We ordered 2 computers and a laptop right before Christmas, and got them quickly. We will be using Choxi again.

I had to contact customer service about an order that I never received. Information was given that the vendor was at fault and could not fill the order. My account was to be reimbursed the purchase amount. Now I see that the the same product is still being offered. If the vendor couldn't supply it, why is it still there? Wouldn't a notification that the order could be filled be appropriate?

STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT HAVING A HARD TIME TO UNDER STAND WHAT I GOT AND WHAT I DIDN'T GET... NO JEWERLY ORDER EVER AGAIN.

I actually started here when the site was Nomorerack and have continued because of the quality of service and goods.

My products were just as good as I had expected and arrived in a timely fashion. I have ordered products that were a good price from other companies and it took forever to receive them.

Got my products eventually but well worth the wait

The weather has not been warm enough to wear them to the beach so I have worn them in the condo pretending that I am at the beach. They are great so far!

Customer service is great, prompt response but products are sub-standard, especially clothes & electronics! Refund takes long time & $9.95 is automatically deducted on all returns!

This my second pair of Dawgs, and I love them. They look just as good as those big name brand boots, and they're super warm and comfy for a fraction of the price.

As a general rule a person can get very good buys.

From prices to ability to get items fixed or returned for warranty to variety!
Best thing ever!
