Have been well pleased with everything I have ordered. It is as described and always comes in a timely manner. Have ordered many times and have always had success.

When an article of clothing is no longer available, it should be stated on the site or upon purchase. An article I ordered 3 different times and was charged to my credit card ended up not available weeks later. Now I wait for the 2 to 10 working days before a refund. Too frustrating to shop this way. Sorry, I can't give a good rating even though the price may be attractive.

One order sent incomplete (screws missing) and one order sent damaged, not from shipping, but from poor inspection before shipping.

Several other orders sent OK. So, throw the dice. It appears that if you have problems, after reshipping or a credit, Choxi offers you free shipping on your next order with a special email code sent to you. $2.00! Woopee!

Most of the time I have received great products that match the description on the site. The few times I have not and I didn't want the product then I have been able to return for a full refund.

My boots were a great price and from start to finish I had a great expereince. They were delivered quicker then I thought they were going to be.

I recent had a problem with an order so I emailed customer service they responded promptly. Although the results wasn't what I wanted they handled the situation quickly and professionally and credited my account for future orders.

I ordered 2 items and got the first one in a little over a week, but the second item I had to e-mail to find out what happened to it. I finally received it yesterday, but it was a month long wait

I have bought lots of items from Choxi, mainly jewellery. There are some excellent bargains to be had, and I would highly recommend this website.

Received my machine, after 5 weeks stopped working.

Some items are great, but some, like the recent pair of earrings do not live up to the picture, also bras are advertised as one fits all, I found them pretty small.
