I had previously purchased 2 A/C covers for myself and liked them so much I ordered one for my Aunt. They work great.
I also ordered a device to help me stop snoring; directions were not clear but I figured it out.
Other than the long time it takes to ship & receive my orders I am satisfied with the price and quality of each product.
I ordered some sweats that were too big -liked the sweats a lot, but too big. When I e-mailed about returning for a larger size, they replied w/ a reimbursement. Did they even read my e-mail message?
I enjoy shopping on Choxi. Most of the products I purchases on this site meet or surpass my expectations. However, a few have been disappointing.
It is my personal opinion the Choxi is an excellent company and the prices are really good most of the time.

The boots arrived on time and in good condition. I took the advice offered and ordered a size large and am glad I did. These boots were exactly as described, the color was a match. This was a really good deal and I continue to look at the Choxi site. Thanks again!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
