This is my 3rd order since Nomoreracks changed to Choxi. It was great before and happy to say the website is easy to navigate. Pricing and quality continue to be excellent, as is the shipping. Brick and mortar stores are not my sense of enjoyment so I do all my shopping online. Extremely satisfied with every purchase I have already made.

Ordered a cat tree for my new kitten and have not had a email or any messages about my order. Looks like its in limbo but they got my payment because I looked on my cc account and there it is. I will be contacting the cc company and disputing this charge if my item does not get delivered to me in a few days.
I purchased a product as a Christmas present and they throw out the box. When they hooked up the item it didn't work and Choxi said I couldn't return it. I have bought many items from them and was very pleased but all the item I bought were good. I will think twice now purchasing from them. I've never had a problem like this from other vendors I bought from on line.

I ordered my first pair of Dawgs and then realized I needed another pair or 2. I accidentally order 4 pair. I called customer service to get permission to return 2 pair. The person on the line was very helpful. I returned the extra 2 pair and I already have the confirmation that they have been received. This all took place in a matter of 3 weeks. I will be ordering from Choxi again. Thanks for the excellent service.
I have been ordering quite regularly and so far I have been very happy with all my purchases! I expect I will continue to make other purchases. Your Customer Service has been very good, as well, if I've had any questions.
The main problem was that the item instruction was showing an arrow telling you to slide it to open it so you can place the batteries in it when I tried to open it I broke it following the instruction on the item. I contacted Choxi I was told that I would get a return label next thing I know I get an e-mail 2 week's later why I haven't returned the item I called them and said where is the return label I was told I was going to get in the mail next thing he says you have to print the label on your printer. I told him that I didn't have any ink for my printer he said to me to go to library, I told him that I am disabled vet and that I don't have a car so he said how about family friends get them to print the return label I just had to hang up on him because he was pissing me off I still have the broken item.
The panels / curtains and shower curtains are very nice and the discounted price was a deal. The bras were okay but the cup size seemed much smaller compared to other purchases made, outside of Choxi, with the same cup size.
Have purchased quite a items and am mostly satisfied. Only one purchase left me totally disappointed! Worst quality I've ever experienced! Everything else was cool.
Do find that the prices are really good most of time, but the stated original cost can be ridiculous! Only other complaint is that email is so long! It keeps repeating the same items and it's hard to get information on an item without going through many again! Really do appreciate the three hour ship free window!
SINCE I LIVE IN NEW JERSEY, AND MY GRANDCHILDREN LIVE IN FLORIDA, CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FROM GRAMMY HAD TO BE SENT. THEY LOVED GETTING GIFTS EVERY DAY FOR THE WEEK. Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
