The majority of the time items are shipped and delivered in a timely fashion, as advertised, and in working order. On occasion, shipping/delivery seems to be rather lengthy, and I have received items that were either broken or did not work. Choxi has been most affable in correcting problems quickly or refunding. I buy frequently, and will continue to do so.

I recieved the 3pc remote candles that don't work! You were suppose to send replacement set! Haven't heard anything from anybody on this matter! Sent another email yesterday, still no answer! Please see what u can do!

Have been looking for a jacket that was comfortable for over a year. Had a car accident last January (2015) and have damage in my right shoulder making it hard to put sleeves on, and my winter coat was cut off me in the ambulance. I love my new jacket. So warm and easy to put on! Feels like I'm wearing a teddy bear!
I absolutely LOVE this site! Have made numerous orders and always find just what I want/need and have no problems ordering/tracking/receiving my orders in full and always ALWAYS encounter a positive and inexpensive alternative than getting in the car and battling the crowds and prices at the retail stores and never finding what I really want.

Choxi has great prices, but the sizing of garments is inconsistent and unpredictable. I purchased a set of six plus-size fleece-lined leggings in early January. I really liked them; the fit was fine. I liked them so much that I ordered another set two weeks later. But when the second set arrive the sizing was TOTALLY different and they do not fit; they are much smaller. Apparently these came from a different manufacturer. I won't order them again!

I have ordered many items from Choxi for a couple of reasons; a. They are usually a name brand, b. They are a great price and c. They are advertised in a on-line catalog format that gives choices and is easy to scan. Of all the items I have received I only had one that wasn't outstanding, and even it was adequate. I have referred Choxi to my family and friends.
Everything I have purchased has me y my expectations. Very pleased.
Overall, Choxi is a great way to buy. The prices are usually below other competitors. If you see something you like on the site, it is unlikely you'll find it at that same low price. The shipping times vary, but most items are distributed within a week. I would highly recommend buying from them.
CHOXI continues to provide a plethora of items at great prices and low shipping costs. Their service continues to get better and better.
I have shopped at Choxi/NoMoreRack off and on for a couple years. I have received great products throughout that time. My only disappointment was with my last order. Shipping is supposed to be 2-3 weeks (which is understandable since the shipping is so low), but this time my screen protector for my iPhone 6plus took 1 day less than 4 weeks to arrive to my door. Not completely satisfied, but I still got a great product at a low price. Thank you!
