All my merchandise has been good quality and shipping takes no time at all... very satisfied.
Great site, but a few problems. Our Garmin is not the size that was described and I do not want a so called "Free Year subscription " to a magazine and don't know how to take it off and hope my charge card is not going to be charged. Choxi is a pretty good site for the most part, but the last purchase was not as we thought!

Everything I've ordered comes in a quick time. Some things don't exactly look like the picture but are still good quality. I've ordered jewelry, shoes, even replacement head for my toothbrush. I am very satisfied with the product.
I ordered a set of car seat covers. When they arrived, I was not satisfied with the color or quality of the product. I contacted Choxi via email and they attempted to resolve the matter by offering me a different color. Once they realized that I was not satisfied with the overall product they immediately sent me product return information and number. The transaction was smooth and without delay.
I love to check out the items that are being offered. I especially like when they give special discounts and free shipping. It just makes shopping fun and that's what my goal is.

So far all products and ordering have been great. If there has been and problems there where resolved very, very fasted. Will continue to shopping when items are needed.
I bought stocking stuffer type items, knit hats, gloves, makeup brush sets, etc. They arrived on time. Only complaint was the chemical smell that they had but if you spray with orange spray or fabreeze and hang outside they air out.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
