I HAVE ORDERED MANY THINGS FROM CHOXI IN THE PAST AND THEY WERE ALRIGHT. BUT NOW, THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT MEETING MY STANDARDS. THEY ARE BREAKING DOWN VERY FAST AND I FEEL THAT WHEN THIS STARTS TO HAPPEN, THEN IT'S TIME TO LEAVE AND TRY AND FIND ANOTHER SITE THAT MAY BE BETTER.
This is about my 4th order with Choxi. I've been impressed with the quality of all of my purchases and thrilled with the price and how quickly they're delivered.

I ordered one item on January 15 and received no email notification of shipping. I called Choxi twice since then and still have no notification from the manufacturer and have not received the item. Customer service was very good and offered to cancel my order and refund my card and I had opted not to do that both times but still no item. I am hesitant to order anything again.
I have been shopping with Choxi for years. I couldnt be happier. Great qualities items and speedy shipping. If something does work rght they replace or refund right away. I am very pleased.
My most recent shipment of this week was sent faster than normal which made me very happy, and was all in one package with the fragile items inside of a fabric item that was sent with it. I like it when everyone comes at one time and not have to wait a week or two in between for the orders all placed at the same time. Everything was as described this time and I was happy with all of the order. I have placed another order since receiving the last one so cannot comment on that as my most recent order as it has not arrived yet.
I have a couple hundred old records and about 20 years ago my record player burned up. I bought this one a very reresonableasonable rate and it does a fantastic job. I play it daily.
I ORDERED TWO DIFFERENT STYLE COATS FOR MY DOG, ONE STYLE WAS A LITTLE HEAVIER THAN THE OTHER. OUR WEATHER FLUCTUATES SO MUCH IT'S NICE TO HAVE A LIGHTER COAT AND A HEAVIER COAT FOR WHATEVER MAY BE NEEDED FOR THE DAY. ME AND MY DOG GO FOR A WALK EVERYDAY NO MATTER WHAT THE WEATHER OR TEMPERATURE MAY BE. THE LIGHTER COAT STYLE WAS POORLY MADE. THE MATERIAL JUST SHREDDED. NO WAY TO FIX IT. I DID ORDER TWO OF EACH STYLE, ONLY BECAUSE I NEED FOR MY DOG TO BE PROTECTED FROM THE WEATHER. BUT THE QUALITY WAS QUITE DIFFERENT BETWEEN THE TWO COAT STYLES. THE HEAVIER COAT HAS BEEN A BETTER, MORE RELIABLE COAT THAN THE LIGHTER ONE.
I've ordered many times from Choxi. I am usually very satisfied with all my prizes:-) Love the prices on things and shipping is quick!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
