I Have absolutely no complaints about Choxi. When I have had occasion to call and ask about a purchase then staff have been fantastic!

This was an incorrect order and I will be retuning it.

Unhappy that I received the incorrect size color on one set of sheets. But the other set is great. The customer service was excellent when I called for a return label.

I love opening emails with $10 VIP codes. It usually takes care of shipping, but it's even better when items I've chosen happen to be free shipping. I've had a couple of items take longer than normal to ship, but after checking into things, the items came pretty quickly. Damaged items have been rare and have been taken care of at no expense to me. Pretty great customer service.
