I've bought several items from Choxi, and have been satisfied. Their return policy is good, and the quality of product is good as well.
Purchasing from choxi was seamless from start to finish. Products I ordered were exactly as advertised and I, happily, had no reason to return. I will definitely be shopping on this site in the future.

We had a little bit of a rough start with the first order with confirmation of order but it was quickly resolved and customer service has been great since then. The coupons they send VIP customers are great and made a great incentive to shop. Merchandise purchased has been very satisfactory!
I have purchased 3 sets of the 1600 thread count sheets and simply put... these are by FAR the best sheets EVER! Not only that, but they send you 4 pillowcases too! No shrinkage, no wrinkles... delightful and super, super soft... OH MY! And NO they are NOT paying me to write this, it is the HONEST TRUTH!
I bought a purse ($41) and before I even put anything in it, one of the strap holders fell off. My husband said it wasn't sewn well. I contacted Choxi and they said they'd see what they could do and keep me updated, since I hadn't saved the packaging (as I assumed I wouldn't need it based on the quality of my other Choxi purchases) - After a couple of emails, I now have a credit for most of the cost, so I'm happy with Choxi.

I have come to look for bargains at Choxi, I went back recently for my 3rd Choxi special extension cord with USB conections and multiple plugs all with surge protection as well.

Ordered several items on extreme sale. Had three hour free shipping. Free shipping did not apply due to sale. BUT WAS NEVER EXPLAINED OR TOLD DIDNT APPLY! Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
