I ordered 3 items. 2 of them arrived fairly quickly and one never arrived. I called them after 2 weeks and another week later was informed that the item had been cancelled. One of the items I received was not what was shown in the photo, and I was disappointed. I probably should have returned it but it was too much trouble and it was still a FAIR price for the item, even if not the really good bargain I thought I was getting. Overall, not too bad and I would shop there again.

Most products egual to or better than advertised with one exception, smart watch. Initial customer support was poor and required Google intervention. Chico improved their service.
I ordered some jeans, when they arrived, they did not fit. I contacted customer service to return and exchange them and the service they provided was exceptional. I am still waiting for the replacement order, but they made the return very easy. Thank you for your great Customer Service.
I started using Choxi for purchasing most of my Christmas gifts and several things for myself. Thus far each and every item has been shipped promptly, delivered in great shape, and provided the high quality I expected along with great package tracking updates. I used a competitor for two items that Choxi didn't offer and 5 weeks later (and too late for Christmas), three email contacts later, and no reliable tracking system in place, the items arrived - and one of the two items was THE WRONG COLOR! I'm sticking with Choxi for great prices, and great service.

I have purchased 5 pairs of Dawgs shoes over the past year or so. Now you no longer carry them, why wasn't your customers made aware of this? I bought my daughter a pair 3 weeks ago, and then decided to get myself a pair. I had my pair in my cart then lost internet connection, recovering from a total knee replacement I took a nap. Anyway, a few days later I get a reminder that I still have these thongs in my cart, I go to checkout and item is no longer available! No Dawgs anywhere on your site? I am upset that I was not made aware of this deletion.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
