I ordered 2 solid hooded sweaters - one black and the other charcoal. When they finally arrived it was 2 black sweaters. I double checked the receipt because I was confused and the slip confirmed I ordered ONE black and ONE charcoal. I'm thinking easy fix I will email them and send pictures and they will send my charcoal sweater and I will return the black. They respond to me and apologize but sends their refund/exchange explaining that I have to send back the black sweater and once it is received and verified then they will send me the charcoal sweater I ordered. The issue I have with this exchange is that I did NOT order the black sweater sent so why am I the one who has to wait longer for their error? It seems to me the mere fact someone messed up my order would send them scrambling to make it right - NO. Their policy is the policy and they would investigate how it occurred - who gives a rats $#*! HOW I have a sweater I didn't order and you took money from me but never delivered the product. I thought I was losing mind they sent several emails from different customer service employees that night repeating the same thing and no one saw how this was a inconveniece to ME the consumer. I finally told each of them they can keep it and I'm NEVER doing business with them again. After all of this I decide to look at the merchandise I bought and it was AWFUL - the cheapest paper thin looking sweater I've ever seen. OMG - it was skin tight and you could see straight through it. I've never seen anything like this. So no only does Choxi practice poor business but the items are the WORST quality ever! Please keep your money and find another site. I did business with Nomorerack and NEVER had this experience and I will never make another purchase from Choxi again. They won't stop emailing me advertisements for their site and I have unsubscribe countless times - I will call someone on tomorrow to see what I can file to have them to stop.
Ordered a comforter. Price was $25. Couldn't tell from invoice if Choxi charged me $25 or $30. Contacted Choxi by email, they checked (quickly) and advised it was $25. Great followup and good product at a great price. Thus five stars!
My experience in ordering from Choxi is always a great one. I am a regular customer and will continue to be.
I've only had one issue of an item arriving broken and they resolved it immediately.
I have been a customer for several years now. I have ordered hundreds of items and have only had to return 1 small item that had a manufacturers defect. So happy with Choxi!
I ordered a pair of boots in size 7 1/2. They sent me size ten. I returned them and got a store credit. I ordered a pair of ski pants in ex large. The bag said extra large and in the length they were but I am a 40 waist and I couldn't button the pants at the waist. Sent them back and got refund minus shipping so I lost money because of their misfitting.
I did not get everything I ordered and one of the orders I got a substitute.
I have bought several items over the past year and have loved everyone of them.
I use Choxi frequently. I like their prices and the quality of the product is always fine. Shipping time is not guaranteed. It may take an item only a few days to get to my door, or it may take a few weeks. If you have time to wait on shipping, use them, it's worth it. If it is time sensitive, I would buy elsewhere.
I am a recent customer of this site and I couldn't be more pleased. The deals are great, the shipping is fast and the variety of products is amazing. I have been telling everyone I know about Choxi and I know they will love it as much as I do.
From start to finish a great site for shopping I probably order at least once a week never disappointed.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
