It's pretty cool site. I ordered my favorite perfume on Choxi and it was great. It wasn't some cheap knock off, but the actual perfume and I really appreciate that. The shipping was good. Definitely was secure. I just wish they offered different sizes in bottles, but I get that they probably can't and that's the only size they can get for a discount price. But all in all a good experience.
I find great deals on items which normally sell for double or more at local stores.
When ordering items they always arrive on time and for the most part as described.

Ordered A Hair cutting kit with a couple other items and the other items came BUt the hair cutting kit still sits in the order without a tracking #, so iI have wondered where/what it is and what happened to it so I had to check my orders and found it still their with nothing happening, like just stagnating, hoping to have it shipped soon, I still want the product.
I have always been very satisfied with my experience with Choxi. When I have submitted any questions, I have always received responses in a very timely manner. The staff I've dealt with were always prompt, courteous and helpful. Products for the most part have been good quality and reasonably priced.
The ordering processes was quick and easy, pricing was good. However, I found that the delivery of my products took a very long time which I found disappointing, because there are several other sites that I could have ordered from and received my order so much quicker.
I have purchased quite a few times and I am usually very pleased with the items that I purchase. The times that I haven't liked the item, customer service has been very willing to make things right. Love shopping on Choxi!

Overall happy with purchases. The return process of "must have original packaging" should be amended. Some items you just about have to demolish the package to get to the product. If the item is defective it should be returnable regardless.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
