This new name 'Choxi' is not a good name. However, the site and the items are good. Customer service when contacting is helpful, but their vendors are slow in their responses. Sometimes you pick a color and style, and a completely different item shows up. There are many items I have purchased that I LOVE. There are also a few that after I received them, i was not liking them at all. You must be a shopper, and must know your pricing, because you definitely need to know if you are getting a deal.
Quality of Merchandise is great. And shipment was received without any problems.
I always enjoy shopping with Choxi. They have really good customer service. I contacted them about my recent purchase because I never got the shipment confirmation email. Very helpful and quick!
I enjoy checking out Choxi's selection. I've recommended the site to family and friends. I've purchased dozens of items over the past couple years.
Minus 1 star for cancelling 3 orders (Each time suspiciously happens to have been when I used a $10 credit.)
I have found Choxi to be excellent in every way. The website is very user friendly, the prices are awesome, quality of products is great and the customer service is fabulous. I like the e-mail notifications letting me know the status of my orders. I love going to the mailbox getting my goodies from Choxi!
I received the netbook but without the keyboard it was supposed to come with. I contacted Choxi and it was quickly remedied and I'm a happy customer.
The tooth whitening strips were very inferior. They are so thin that they will not come off the plastic strip without falling apart. They ball up when you try to put them on your teeth.
The mattress pad I ordered was not available. I didn't know this until I emailed Choxi to ask about it. I never received a notice to inform me that the company would not be sending me my purchase.
I ordered the 7 pc Yact man fragrance set, and was told that the item vendor could not fulfill the item, and that my payment would be refunded. However, about a week later, the same item was advertised on your web site so I reordered it. I am still in limbo as to if the item is currently available. It shows up in my or5der history, and my card has been debited for payment.
There was a delivery issue and I was totally on my own to pursue it with the post office as customer service at Choxi offered no help when they were contacted. The items I ordered were a very low price so it also made sense to order during the time of day when they have free shipping.
It is a nice site to shop on. Some prices are high tho.
When I order things come in an efficient time and in good shape.

I enjoy shopping at Choxi and have had wonderful experiences with them. Their customer service is excellent! The merchandise is fun and inexpensive! I plan to do a lot more shopping at this site.

I have ordered a few things this time and wanted to know where my product was and if the product was in stock as one of the items are for my 11 year old's birthday and was given the excuse that they did not know if my item was in stock or when it would ship out and that they could not call their distributor to get the info and to look out for their email. Needqless to say I did get my product in time for her birthday and will have to think if I will order from them again.
I believe you need closer contact with your suppliers, I have had 3 orders that were paid for cancel because your suppliers were out of stock. If an item is out of stock it should be pulled the day the supplier runs out. There are symple systems out there to remidy that issue. Do it!

The only problem I have is they always want to give store credit instead of back to the form of payment used. I always have to contact them again to put it back on my card.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
