Wonderful experience and wonderful product. I have actually bought two sets for myself and one for each of my kids.
I have had several recent purchases from Choxi, ranging from everyday items to jewelry to a television. Everything has arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. I have been very pleased with these purchases and would buy them again. I would definitely recommend Choxi to a friend or family member.
ORDERING, PRICING AND DELIVERY WERE ALL EASY AND WENT WELL. I DON'T LOVE THE LEGGINGS BUT THAT'S NOT THEIR FAULT. IT'S WHAT I ORDERED
I have been very pleased with everything I bought except for the leggings and Jean leggings. The sizes were not a true 3x. The same go for the shirts. So I would have to say I'm not played with the clothing but am happy with everything else. Maybe you should add a 4x which might actually be a 3x
Great product for the price at this point. I haven't laundered the comforter yet though...
I had my necklace chain broken, my dog was a little excited and she jumped up on me and caught my chain and it shocked me because it was a very thick chain. It had snapped right where the chain attaches to the clasp. So I got on Choxi to see if I could find a replacement and of course I did... it's perfect!

Finding items I have looked at previously on this site is hit and miss, usually miss. I type in description (or even exact name) of items and come up with, sorry no items matching that description were found or - worse - totally unrelated items come up. Later the same day I look at a new Choxi email and see the item I had tried to find earlier. I have received emails asking what items I have/have not received. What, you can't look up my account? You make it hard to shop yet you stalk online customers by sending new emails relevant to things I've looked at but not yet purchased and may not be able to find again. It's creepy. You want my business but make it difficult to have an enjoyable shopping experience. You ask about my experience with Choxi, which is totally different than my previous experience with Nomorerack, yet you push me to change my negative feedback rather than improving your own business practices.
I purchased a digital kitchen scale from Choix recently and found that the purchase, delivery, and follow up excellent in every way. I use another service often and I do enjoy finding another exceptional option available.
LED toy Helicopter are not worth buying. Some led's not work at all and most of them stop working after the first fall on the ground. Very cheap product.
Handbag was of excellent quality. A shipping error was immediately handled. Personnel friendly and helpful

The product is not sown properly, but can't expect too much with made in China product.

I love shopping at Choxi. It is the best place for the lowest price's and very good products. Every product I have bought from Choxi was just as I ordered I will continue to shop at Choxi and I would highly recommend Choxi to friends and family. The delivering time is amazing. Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
