I bought several unit for my self & recommended to my friend & he bought it too.
The 1200 count sheets that I ordered that were advertised as "luscious, luxurious and Unmistakenly soft" are everything but those things. They are thick, heavy and crisp like they have been starched. (After being washed and dried) Not to mention that I waited a while to get them and customer service was unable to tell me where in the process they were when I inquired. The sheets are very disappointing.
I have not received my order. Now I am being told I will not get the items I ordered. I paid $40.00. I was told I will only get $20.00 back?¿?
I have enjoyed ordering until now.
Depending on the out come I may not order again.

I HAD ORDERED A GOOGLE IPAD WITH ALL OF THE ACCESSORIES, WHEN WENT TO CHECK ON THE ORDER, CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO WAIT BECAUSE THEY WERE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. THE REQUESTED MY LICENSE TO BE SENT TO THEM AND THEY TOOK THEIR TIME WITH MY ORDER AND FINALLY THEY SAID IT GO THROUGH. I ALSO HAD A ANOTHER ORDER PLACED FOR A GATE AT THE SAME TIME AND THEY TOLD ME IT CANCELLED. WELL, WITHOUT KNOWING ANYTHING WAS GOING ON, I ASKED THEM PLEASE PUT THE GATE BACK ON, THEY TOLD ME I HAVE GO BACK AND ORDER IT ALL OVER AGAIN! I WAS WAS VERY UPSET THAT THEY DID'NT TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG. I LEFT THE ORDER AS IT WAS, WITHOUT THE GATE AND THAT WILLL BE THE LAST TIME I WILL ORDER FROM THEM

Had a delay in the shipping of an item. Customer service responded quickly. Unfortunately, needed to contact them a total of three times. The CS representatives had a rapid response each time with additional information for the delay. Item has now been received. Customer Service Reps where on top of things. Thank you, to them!

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
