Ordered bar stools, recd product in a very beat-up, ripped carton with with 2 parts missing. Customer Service personnel was very attentive and continued to follow-up. A RMA was offered, but eventually the missing parts showed up, so I didn't need the RMA.
The stools are just ok. Not very comfortable, but I guess ok for the price, which is why I bought them.
Shopping with Choxi is easy, fun, and reliable. Things are delivered on time.

It took almost a month to get part of my order then I had to contact Choxi about the rest. It took almost another 2 weeks just to find out they had to cancel the rest of the order because they didn't have item anymore.
I have been very pleased with everything I received from them and will keep on ordering from them.
I've ordered a lot this holiday season and post season, one order did not come complete and there doesn't seem to be anyway to contact them to tell them. They've ignored my cries for help. I would like an easier way to get their attention. I would like my order filled. Its taken way too long and too many tries for no action. But the other 50 orders all came complete and on time and in good shape. One product problem only. But no way to ask for help - the help button needs to be bigger - so us old foggies can find it.
I was pleased with several items I have ordered and would continue to order if I had received all the original items in my 1st order and having to return a item that still has not been replaced. The bathroom items didn't fit my toilet. But I won't return them. The jacket and watches and my sheets are great.

Hard case cover was suppose to fit an IPhone 5s but did not fit properly. I only paid a dollar a piece for 2 so I can't be to upset.
I love the customer support. They are quick & easy to get ahold of. And do their best to fulfill your questions in a fast and accurate reply. Without alot of hassles or questions over and over. I liked the looks of the boots but they do not fit right. I wear 1/2 size and these dont fit too well.
I probably will not order again as my first experience was not too good. Your web site wasnt working right and I ended up with 2 orders of the same products. As a result I didnt get a full refund on the second order and I feel that is unfair as it was not my doing. I also had to get another email address to get the refund. Not too happy with my first order and experience.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
