Prices are good, selection is good, shipping is a little slow sometimes. Quality of two tablet keyboards was poor to inoperable. All in all, I will return.

I have bought many articles from Choxi during the past year and have been pleased with the quality and price of the items, and pleasantly surprised with the prompt service in the arrival of these items.
Easy to use web. No hidden fees. Email confirmations upon ordering and shipping. Items always arrive quickly. Quality items. Low prices. What more could you ask for?
The rack is flimsy, doesn't stand flat, can be easily damaged during the construction process and has a parts list that is, for some unknown reason, called, "Assembling Instructions". There are no real instructions and the buyer is left to figure out how everything goes together. It's not too difficult to figure out, but I can imagine that some buyers may have difficulty.
I received an email saying that my order had been delivered, but I never received it. I contacted customer service and they didn't have any suggestions or ability to track it for me. So, I am out the cost, shipping charges and I didn't get the necklace.
I love this site! I have found wonderful surprising gifts that I could not affored anywhere else.

The jewelry appears to be much larger than it really is.
There website has multiple products and very good prices. Purchases usually come very fast. Have ordered quite a few products and was always pleased with the purchase. Just one time had a problem with the website and double ordered called the very next morning and was told couldn't stop the second order. Otherwise very pleased.

I've purchased several items from Choxi (and previously from Nomorerack) for a small amount of money. Some of these items are not available elsewhere, such as cases for Samsung Galaxy S3. Accessories for this old phone are not easily found.
Have ordered multiple times from Choxi. Each time, what was offered was what was received at a great price and in a timely manner. I have always been a satisfied customer.

Have been online shopping for many years but have never had the excellent experience that is derived from shopping with Choxi. Always as advertised and prompt in responding to inquiries. Have always been treated with respect and patience when dealing with their representatives and just couldn't be happier! Their VIP bonus is the best!
I've ordered many things from Choxi and I like their website but their shipping absolutely sucks badly as I'm still waiting for an item to even ship since 2/3/16 and its 2/18/2016!? I have sent 2 requests to find out when item will ship and they keep saying they will check with their partners and give it/them 3 days and they will get back to me I'm STILL waiting for a answer of when my package will even ship - they have no problem taking my money but I would like my packages I pay for in a timely manner! - This just may be my last order from them as I just can't stand the waiting! I will unsubscribe whenever I receive my package! There is so many other websites out there that are so much better with their service they provide!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
