The products I ordered were so low in price, I expected them to be cheap or flimsy. Not so. Quality items, and very fast shipping. I am impressed, and I will definitely be purchasing from Choxi again.
I ordered two of these and they have worked out very well. My grandsons like to watch videos at the breakfast counter and these stand hold the i-pad/tablet very well. They are a bit flimsy, but as long as they are on a solid surface, they work fine.
My grand son loved his helicopter, he received it after his birthday, but that's ok, I sent a message to customer service and they checked on it quickly, and it arrived a few days later, each time I have ordered from choxi, I have a good experience. I really like the service, and quality of the products.
All the purchases came rather quickly. I did not really like the teeth whitening stripes because they appeared to be old, not a lot of stick to the strips and one packpackage did not even have stripes inside. Also, the camera accessories did not fit my phone even thought it stated that it for smartphones.
Recently purchased the Bamboo Pillow from Choxi. Following my purchase, I found the pillow for less money on the company's website, Amazon, and saw a TV commercial offering 2 for the price of one.
Another example: Zulily has had Muk Luk boots and slippers at lower prices than Choxi.

I have ordered several times from Choxi and have had a good experience. They email me to keep me up to date on when the item is shipped and a tracking numer.
Only have had one mix-up in 8 yrs but it was corrected very quickly

I have bought many items from Choxi. I've been very pleased with the quality of items I've purchased as well as how quickly they're shipped. On the infrequent occasion something seemed to take longer to arrive than normal, the customer service reps I've worked with have been OUTSTANDING in their communications and desire to make sure I'm satisfied. I feel Choxi has the best customer service of any retailer I've bought from, and that goes for both online and brick-and-mortar stores.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
