One day I was using my IXL. And then I got a question wrong and it sent me back to 69% and I got very angie. I threw my computer on my window and it ended up hitting Paul Minkshin (the ceo poopy of ixl) and he got really mad so when he took me to court, he ended up losing and took my family hostage. He said it was just for jokes, and that he was No Cap just kidding with me and just Joshing. Not only is he a kidnapper he also used to attack babies by selling them glizzies that were actually laced with cyanide, so I think he should be in jail! That is a racial attack by griddying and doing the renegade on their graves like he just git a victory royal :(

IXL made me have mental breakdowns. I've always thought i was stupid because i could never get any of the lessons to 100 EXCEPT some I've learned in 2nd grade which was FOUR YEARS AGO, plus the fact that I have ANGER ISSUES. This review is to tell teachers, any grade, that IXL isn't worth it, some kid is in a mental hospital because of this. IXL brings me back to 60 OR 50 when I'm close to 80, it's too stressful. Overall, this website is a 0.2/10 and its THE WORST.

My family was living happily till my daughter came across Ixl I thought it was normal till she got abducted by Ixl's alien agents and I haven't seen my little sence
Then my son found Ixl and he got abducted by Ixl and now all he wants to do is Ixl so I threw my dad at him so he stopped playing but now I'm abducted by it

IXL is in my opinion the worst teaching skill because it takes off like 5 or mor points if you get one wrong.

I'll has caused me so much anxiety. The smartphone system is so stupid, just building a child up just to knock them down again. I spend 5 hours on one little practice because of the point system being so rigged. My mind gets so fuzzy after a while and I can't focus on this crap. It's so harsh on students.

Tips for educators and parents: do not buy this! Has given my friends severe depression and aanxiety.makes me so mad at this app for giving me so much anxiety from this

I am in 8th grade and have been using this app since 6th. IXL is beyond frustrating and I think we should not be using it (especially with these types of reviews). There have been too many times where I have cried over an IXL. I hate how when you get one right you only go up anywhere from 2-5 points, but when you get it wrong your score goes down like twice of how much you went up. Once my friend broke their computer from throwing it on the floor because of IXL. It has cause too many problems and I hope that my school will eventually stop using this app.

BTW DO NOT USE I_READY! IT MAKES IXL LOOK ENJOYABLE!

IXL is the worst freaking app ever. Whoever invented it should go crawl into a ditch and die. IXL does not help in learning because whenever you get a question right, it brings you up about 2-4 points, but if you get one wrong, IT BRINGS YOU DOWN 6-8 POINTS! This is especially annoying when you work really hard to get to the 90 and it just bumps you down back to 79! It's extremely unhelpful, annoyingly tedious, and makes me so aggravated that I just feel like chucking my computer across the room. I DESPISE IXL with all my heart. DO NOT BUY!

This is horrible, it's dumb, it's so annoying, The worst app ever, i would've liked it better if i dont have to keep going up and down okay bye.

This $#*! drops you down quickly, and gives around 2-3 score. I could rather kill myself than working on multiple IXL $#*!. This makes my mental health, even though it been already been done.

Not sure why the teachers love this so much because all it does for students is stress them out. Considering if they are required to complete and master an IXL that they are struggling on, the students can become stressed and fearful if they don't complete it and get a bad grade on it. Next, Why would you think making the grading system score on here the way it is.? It's really ridiculous it does not push or motivate a student to keep trying if they go from 75 points to 64 points. By far Math seems like the hardest category to get past on here. I don't recommend ANY math teachers to use this because it does not help students gain more understanding of the subjects. This is because if you tell them they must "master it" that's all they're gonna think about such as "If I get an 100 on this I'll pass". I honestly think that IXL just needs to be completely redone because this app is not like how it used to be, and it's an eyesore.

Seriously this stupid website is so dumb and unhelpful. The only thing it's good at is torturing you. I was on 97 and I got one wrong I REPEAT ONE and I led me back to 87. And also this website is terrible. 18 divided by five is 3.6 not 2.8.?! If you find this site do not download it on you phone.

IXL gives kids anxiety and depression. It teaches kids to hate teachers, school, learning, etc. Paul Mishkin made this horrible website, and should face the consequences of his actions. PLEASE BAN IXL!

I hate it I have spent over 150 hours on it and 12,000 questions. It's the worst way to learn I think it straight tortured. I could use the 150 hour to go on a $#*!ing Vacation. It turn me green.

This app will give the user stress and you will be so mad and you will regret every second you are on the website. BEWARE do not download this.
FYI if you do 1 minute of this you will need to go to a hospital
