Lovely dresses purchased, good sizes, good service

Material was poor quality, and sizing was way out.

Great to order from but very slow delivery actually came after the event it was needed for but product is good quality

Perfect effective good communication even when there was a slight issue.

A long wait to receive the items but worth it when i received the clothes. Colourful items and a good fit true to size

Took a very long time to come had to keep chasing, customer service were pretty good and helpful. Just disappointed with how long it took and the quality of some of the items

After numerous emails nobody has responded to them with how to send items back for refund. Very poor customer service.

Product never arrived, when asked where vit was theys are that held no responsibility for non delivered/ stolen items. Delivery company also less than helpful

Dress was poor quality and did not look like the online pictures. Sizing was off, being far too big

I ordered 5 various tops & I'm delighted with them all but 1 isn't as nice as the picture. Other than them taking a month to arrive, I'll order again in the future

My order wasnt after been shipped after two weeks so I contacted ivrose they never sent it because one item wasn't available never even told me that part was very annoying but once i picked something else it was sent quickly and delivery was fast enough. The quality of the clothes are very good i did size up after reading reviews one item was way to big everything else fitted. I would order again. I think they should of refunded or replace my out of stock item and just sent my order instead of waiting till i contacted them

The dress I ordered was see through and nothing like the picture. Will not be ordering again. I'd avoid ordering from this site.

The material is cheap.
