Lovely clothes but took 4 weeks to come, has put me off ordering again

It took too long to receive my order. Arrived after the event I needed it for.

Worst experience trying to get a refund for a dress that did not suit me or fit me. It took me a week to get the returns label from this company and it has being a month since sending the item back and i am still waiting for my refund.

It took weeks to come and you don't keep people up to date

The pictures look completely different to the products that arrived, looks flattering, soft and comfy but the material is like a swimming costume, make you look much bigger with the style of dress and the belts just doesn't do anything

Ordered over £90 worth off clothing too find when tracking the order regularly 6 weeks on it still hadn't been moved too start it's process off delivery

Just as described and fast delivery. I will be ordering again

The dress arrived and was lovely on. True to size and reasonable quality. The delivery time was lengthy which had me questioning the legitimacy of the seller until the product arrived. Difficult to find ways of contacting IVRose.

Delivery ok, but trousers were a funny material. I like the tops

I haven't had any probs with the cloths previously but this time the item was to big and I am having trouble returning it!

My good arrived and we're too small for me. I straight away asked for return instructions. It took 10 days finally sent me label so I can return goods back to you. I sent copy of return label with tracking number and weight of good. Again sent copy of Royal mail collection proof. I can say it is horrendous your customer services and certainly will not purchase any goods from you in future. I will also advise my friends and families not to buy goos from you. I only want a simple refund. Any other company refund and return all done in a week except your company.

Be sure to Order well in advance but good quality clothes. Sizing seems accurate.
