I ordered three dresses and very pleased with all three. Ordered size 16/18 and all fitted really well. Fabrics were nice and light, perfect holiday dresses.
Pleased with the delivery time and the email sent with a link to enable me to track my order.

Unfortunately the shoes were not to my taste. They looked very nice on the website. However, when they arrived, although very pretty, the materials used were very cheap, making them uncomfortable to wear.
In their defense, they were only £27, but even so I would have liked to have been able to wear them

Address was incomplete,but they sent the parcel anyway.
Then I was given spurious tracking numbers and when finally given a correct tracking number I found it had been delivered to the wrong address but because of the delays the post office tells me it's too late to file a complaint/refund.
Paid through PayPal,but because it's on record as being delivered (wrong address) I have no chance of a refund.
Don't use this company,it's nothing more than a scam.
Ps received an email saying 10%off my next order(unbelievable!)

It was a bit hit and miss to be honest, some items were nice enough but others the fabric was so cheap and awful it was like wearing a shower curtain! I had to fight to send things back but got a refund eventually. I'd advise caution on buying but what I kept, I like. It's all very cheap though and synthetic.

The dress and top looked fabulous on the advert but in reality we're not like them at all!
When requested a refund have not received a response!

I ordered the wrong size dress, so I sent it back and ordered the correct size. Items arrived quickly and tye refund process was straight forward. Thank you

The item fabric was not good, very cheap material. The size guide was incorrect as the item was too big.
I only received half of my money back, as they claimed postage back, but the return postage was in no way worth nearly £10 to return. Very poor options to return too as I had to consistently message back and forth, rather than click on a link and receive a QR code and had to print the label. Will never order from them again!

Took over 3 weeks to arrive now having to order a bigger size won't use them again!

Placed my order in 17th June clothes for an holiday which has now come and gone. Still waiting for delivery. Contacted customer services who advised one item not in stock but would send the rest within. 24-72 hours, still waiting and to be told by them to be patient. Intuitive k waiting 6 weeks is being more this patient. Will not be ordering again

Bit of a wait for delivery but I didn't know where it was coming from. The jumpsuit is really nice but thought it was cotton and whiter how ever it wears nicely and will be good for my holiday

It took forever for my products to arrive and this only happened because i constantly chased up my order.
Regarding the products they are not great quality and two dresses that are exactly the same size, style and fabric just slightly different designs are completely different sizes! One fits and one doesn't?

Sorry. This may have been my fault., I really didn't realize that I had to stand up all night to wear this dress! Wrinkles wrinkles wrinkles! So bad..

I didn't receive my order first of all I was told you to ask Royal Mail I did so, then I asked evri, evri did not deliver it to my address. Yes, there was a picture, but that wasn't my address and they have been very unhelpful offer me 35 pound compensation. No, I want the whole amount can I go to the police!

Shopping is fine but this survey is horrible
