I used the size charts they provided and still ended up with too small clothing. 3 of the 3 items I ordered looked nothing like advertised. Incredibly disappointed.

Order took a long time to arrive.
The dresses are all on the small side and look nothing like the picture!
Material is really cheap like over all work wear
Been messaging the company to returns via What's app and just get repeated messages offering me to keep the order 5%, 10%, 20% off when I've stated I'd like to send ALL back with full returns.
On my account the order was never marked as received just shipped so couldn't fill out a return order there
Very disappointed

I ordered the items and received very quickly. However, when I tried to return the items as they were not suitable for me, quality was fine, I was met with intermittent messages and made numerous offers for partial refunds and to keep the items. In the end I had to accept a refund and I now have items I do not want and will not wear. My messages were only answered every 24 hours until I accepted the partial refund, which I had no choice to accept in the end, and then the messages were replied to immediately. Will not order from this site again.

My only complaint is that there is no connection with the company I ordered back in June my email said 5/10 day delivery so got concerned and tried to get in contact after 28 days but emails bounced back I have received my order today 4th August and completely satisfied.

The clothes unfortunately are not correct sizes, the size 16 stuff is more like a size 12 at a push!

Purchased 3 items, 2 dresses and 1 pack of lace underwear. 1 dress too short and the underwear faulty as none of the 4 items in the pack had gussets. Trying to find out from this company how i returned items was such a chore. First of all an interrogation into why i wanted to return, then told i could not return underwear even if faulty! I pursued this and eventually got told they would send me a link to a return label but would only offer me 5cc for the faulty item. I told them i live in the UK, had paid in GBP and that I was legally entitled to a full refund. 2 weeks after i had asked how i return I was still no further forward. I eventually got the link to print the label, returned the items send an image of the postage receipt only for them to come back to me a say there was no weight showing, there was i pointed them to it and then the next email asked me to send in the receipt so they could look to refund me. I already had sent this, they confirmed receipt of it and then went on to say they didn't have it. The following say i got notification of a change to payment plan on Klarna, reducing my bill by £18 for returning over £30 of items. I connected with Klarna who were brilliant and paused my future payment date disputed with Iverose what they had refunded and low and behold they sent me another £14! Since then the strap on the one dress I kept and have worn once has snapped. The ring holding the strap to the dress was a thin plastic material and it broke! Lesson learnt - never shop with this company again!

I ordered a few items over 3 months ago and I keep getting messages that there was a problem with delivery that I didn't put down the right address. Supposedly, my items were near my address and out for delivery and there was a problem and couldn't get delivered. A bunch of BS! Then I complained and told them I wanted a refund. They resent the items, and I still haven't received them! Do not order from them! If there was a no star review option, I would use that

The order took weeks to come. When it arrived all the products were poor quality - see through material and too big in all the wrong places.
When I tried to return I could only do it through a portal and instead of accepting my return request I got a response every day reducing the price of the order to bribe me to keep it. Terrible! After four times of them trying to reduce the price they finally accepted my return. I would not recommend this company and I won't ever order from them again
