Waited 2 months for a dress communication was very poor but when the item come it was good quality

Love the choice and sizes great and prices good at first I had my doubts because delivery was a long time but when I received the item was so so pleased

Despite saying my item had been delivered I never received it!
Really unhelpful customer service too!

Ordered the leopard print dress with pink spots before I read any reviews, then was worried it wouldn't come after seeing what other people were saying.
However, my order did arrive within about 2-3 weeks I think and it did look mostly like the images online. I'm happy with the quality of the material, the split is quite high I guess but I'm 5ft8 so quite tall and it doesn't expose your bum so nothing to worry about. The pink wasn't as bright as it was shown online, but still looks lovely. Personally I love the dress.
No issues with communication either, I was sent a confirmation email and then given a tracking number upon dispatch which worked the entire time until it was delivered to me.

Very fast and exactly as described. Fast delivery and support thru the whole process.

Delivery took nearly a month and when I receive the item there shiny cheep material, look like a cheep Halloween costume material very disappointed

Nice products, but the quality is not as good as it seems

The dress was completely see through. When I tried to return it they tried to offer me a partial refund to keep the dress and even suggested I "gift it to a friend" even though I made it quite clear I wanted to return it and get a full refund as it was completely see through and not wearable.

The dresses arrived and were incredibly poor quality. That cheap tacky shiny material that feels and looks like it cost 50p.

Waited weeks for delivery...for them to go straight in the bin

Dress that I bought was not suitable unable to return any item but after a few e mails they did refund 30% of the cost

1st of Valley the item took ages to arrive and then i open it the material is cheap & there is a mark on the dress not even sure how to go about returning it plus it will probably cost me more to return!

The picture made the dress I bought look bright and vibrant but when it arrived it was dark n cheap material

Cheap material and small sizes. Unfortunately I'll not be keeping these or recommending.

I never received my order after a month. When I reached out to get a refund, their customer service was only available overnight when most people are asleep. Once I made contact, I was given the run around for a week prior to filling a charge back with my bank.

The order has taken ages to arrive and on arrival the only way to describe the dresses is hideous! They do not represent the photo at all. I asked how to return and they have been trying to barter with me offering % off coupons and to give to my friends as gifts! I like my friends thanks so wouldn't give them such hideous presents. I have asked for a final time to get a full refund and have been told that it would be better for me to have a 50% refund instead as shipping back will be expensive. I have again said no I need the address and I will post and they have said that even though I will pay they will still charge me extra from my refund! This is ridiculous and I have never heard anything to preposterous.

Loved them perfect fit and good quality would recommend to everyone

I received my parcel ok, return the item as it didn't fit but they have advised they haven't received the package

It was taking to long to deliver so I cancelled my order disappointed as I wanted the dress for a day out

Very happy with order, quality was good, delivery quite quick too
