These people need to be shut down I'm so upset about my dress I haven't received this should be against the law taking people's money this is so wrong this makes me not want to order anything off the internet period...
Ordered half a dozen products - some of which simply didn't arrive - and I didn't get a refund. After admitting one item didn't go and saying they would send it email communication simply stopped and my emails ignored. Cannot recommend this company at all - products are also pretty poor quality!

I ordered from this about 3 weeks ago and sent 2 emails about how to track my order and no response and no way of even knowing how to track this order. Can someone help me out!?
I have ordered four dresses and three tops from this website. They eventually arrived late and separately. The quality is AWFUL and they are cheap for a reason. All the clothes are huge and the sizes are not the same as they show online. I have requested a refund and they will not refund me. They have offered 20% of my money back and should I post the items back to China then they may consider a refund!

I order of the site it do over a week to come I spent £43 pound my clothes I order we're supose to be 12/14 they would fit my 5 year old daughter absolutely disgusted will not order of the site again
Not a good site to order from. They are very rude it tells your package has been shipped but you wait a week or more before it arrives
I was so upset after I read these bad reviews. But today I got my plaid shirt, the quality is good and fits me well.
Fraudulent web site that grab your attention with there super discount merchandise that you will Never receive You will Never get to talk with a company rep about your missing order and they will ignore you, take your money, plus prey on young buyers who will not pursue them to get there paid for product. Terrible Terrible Terrible. WARNING RIPOFF
Absolutely disgusting service paid for fast delivery item arrived 4 days late so contacted customer service to get a refund on delivery but was told they cannot control their courier company and that it wasn't their problem even after I explained to them that as my contract was with them and they would have to claim it back from the couriers was told again was nothing to do with them and that it actually takes them 3 to 7 workin days to have an order ready to be shipped so connin whoever pays for express delivery!
Order item on 2/21/17. I still haven't receive my order. I am glad that I didn't pay over $15.00 but either way you can't track your order with the confirmation numbers or call them. If I would have read the reviews first, wouldn't have ordered from here. I think this is scam. So be careful with this site order at your own risk. I will not be ordering from here again.

I've bought 2 tops nothing like they show in pics, waited 1 month for clothes that would fit a small skinny child, im 5'8 140 lbs and large was like a small. So disappointed! Dont order from this site, the models they feature must be a small, but they have the models wear a size Xlarge kinda deceiving
I purchased an item that arrived in the wrong size i contacted them for an exchange, they advised they could give me back 20% of what i paid and i could keep the item. I explained that i just wanted the correct size, they said send it back and they will send me out a new size. The shipping will cost $61 and the item was only $22.49. At this point they offered a return of 40% of my money and i could keep the item. If they are willing to let me keep the item and give me some of my money back, why wouldn't they send me a label to send it back so i can get the correct size or just send me the size Im requesting. When addressed this with them there was no response from their customer service agent. I wish i could give them half a star.
All these pictures are taken from other boutiques sites and instagrams. I ordered from site not knowing and all items were nothing like their pictures. The quality is horrible and they only offer a 25% refund. Items are not even wearable - awful! So unhappy with this company, its service and products!
So albeit i only ordered on the 28th of january BUT whats making me suspicious is the fact that i cannot track the package using the tracking number they give me

I also put the SKU number into google and nothing came up, no images nothing.
They have responded to my question but not a real help...
I paid for the express shipping so that i would have a new bikini before my trip next weekend... doesn't look like thats going to happen.

Ordered an item off here for $13. A few days later my bank called to say that they declined a $1600 British Airways charge that someone used on my card. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
