I sent a complaint because I ordered 4 products and received 3. Yet online it says all products received. Still no response as to where my last piece of clothing is and no number to get in touch with them.

This is a scam site! Cheap products = cheap material! If you take a moment and look at the profiles of the good reviews they're all made in April 2017, all with fake pictures and the only places they have all reviewed is IVROSE and the IVROSE eBay page! They even all spell the same, absolute con artists

I wish there was a way to hold these companies accountable for selling poor quality clothing/items. I ordered a couple of items which I received 4wks later. Everything was way too small and the cheapest material I've ever seen. Good luck on trying to get a refund! #buyAmericanAct

My item took 3-4 weeks to arrive and my dress and it looked nothing like it did on their website it's awful! Don't wait your money i wish I never did! The products are very poor quality and their customer service is shocking.

I was skeptical at the beginning. But when i received the items, i think it is worth waitting! As good as it looks in the picture. The seller sends just right!

Horrible dresses. Like if i had bought them.at a swap meet material are super cheap. Cheap. Cheap... and in top i order 4 dress for a special even 2 week prior. They arrived to late had to go and shop for a dress. Will never shop on this store again. Dress are nothing like the pictures... hope i dont have trouble getting my refund

I ordered and received no email the site doesnt show anything about my order but 1 hundrend dollars has been taken from my account for a 20 dollar item. WTF! With this so called company they should be shut down and prosecuted for theft $#*!s!

Ordered an outfit which arrived within a week which was great, however a different outfit that I ordered at the same time is still yet to be reviewed. Emailed and take ages to reply, tell me the order was "lost' but no one bothered to notify me of this. Still waiting a month later. Find this very unprofessional and unfair as I wanted it for my holiday which is now over.

I just don't particularly care for the disclaimers. If an item is refurbished, list it where we can all see it! A lot of the items that I purchase on here aren't that high quality. You get what you pay for. L like it quite much.

Still waiting on my order. Took my money, but producti has yet to arrive. Contact them, they give you tracking number to a site that can't help. So frustrated and disappointed.

Don't fall for the ads... models in pretty clothes... Hell will just about be frozen over by the time you finally receive shipment. The outfit maybe out of style once you receive it... Lol

Thieves! You should be ashame of yourselves for ripping people off their hard earn money. No goods, no communication, no refund... God will punish you all..

This dress is simply GORGEOUS! The color is stunning and the fit is almost perfect. I have small breast, so I will have to get the top part altered just a pinch, but that's to be expected. If you are hesitating, don't. I ordered the pink in a Medium. For reference, I am 5'7" tall, 155 lbs and the dress hits just at the knee. Great fit, fast delivery

Avoid! Never received my goods never replied to my emails and no phone number but was quick to take my money!
