I placed an order the beginning of the month and have not yet to receive it and it is well into the month. No tracking information?

Ordered a bunch of clothes on the 20th of April to be shipped to AUS. It's now the 15th of May and still no sign of my clothes, went to contact them from their site but the link doesn't load to any contact info, last hope was to just reply to the confirmation email they sent me to see if that would be any help. Worried I've just wasted my money on clothes that I'll never see!

I ordered some bits for my holiday 4-5 days they said. 2 weeks later after my holiday the items arrived. Bikini was tiny and smelt like children's glue and all the glitter is come off. No way you can wear it without getting a rash! The dress is to short and see through. And one of the skirts is a medium and doesn't fit over my knees.im so disappointed and angry that they can get away with selling a lie!

Ive yet to receive my damn order it's been I ordered May 1st, how long does this process take. I got a tracking number, I sent an email Estelle the service rep said it was returned due to being damage during the shipping process... If I don't get my order soon, ill be contacting The BBB!

I have not received all my order, I send two orders back and wish to return my money back in my account.

I need the return policy. Do I have to send this back to China? The labels are hardly legiable and there was nothing inside to show you how to return items for credit. Feeling scammed!

I wish I would've read the comments before buying. I order a dress from this page over a month ago and is it hasn't came and there's no way to get your money back definitely a scam

I ordered from them in April they say my stuff was delivered came it was put on my porch who puts things on porch I never received it if I was in China i would be in there $#*! but I'm in California all I ask was for them to send me my money back but they want do order from them.

Good. Very honest and communicative seller! The material is great quality and it fits perfectly it feels so nice like expensive material I can't believe how amazing it is I'm fall in love with this will be buying more.The shipment is so fast, i can't believe it.

I made an order weeks ago and still have not received items. I have emailed them 3 times and not revived a response. Oh wait i got a response on Facebook saying they would contact me privately but they never did!. Payment has been taken from my bank.

I placed an order through this site on the 6th April 2017 and still have NOT received my stuff. When emailing in regards to my items all I receive back is a generic email.
I will NEVER use this site again!
Since when does it take over 30 days for a delivery?
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT NEXT YEAR!

This company took my money off my card though. Do not buy anything from these people if I were you I believe it's a scam...
