I wrote in to IVrose after getting no response for any shipping confirmation almost 2 weeks after I placed the order. When I wrote in and said I wanted a return for this reason I got this response "sorry, it looks like the item is already on it's way. You can return the item upon receiving it". Conveniently enough you have to send it back to China, which is more for shipping than what the item is worth. Now I have a romper that's so see through I can't wear it. I emailed customer service again upon receiving the item letting them know I wouldn't be a customer anymore because of how they handle returns. In response I got "dear, it looks like item has been delivered. Check with your post office" with a picture of delivery confirmation. That's not what I was concerned about and they just continue to dodge the fact that they are doing NOTHING to return an item I had asked to return before I ever got it. Don't buy here!

I do ALL of my shopping online, and this is only the second review I have felt the need to write about my experience. For one... I REALIZE these clothes are cheap compared to department stores in the U.S. bu COME ON! To send someone ripped items with material that looks like my 7 years old God daughter took some old cloth and played on her grandmother sewing machine. This truly the ONLY way I can describe the items I received. Not to mention I paid EXTRA for 3 to 4 business day delivery and got only 1 of the 4 items I ordered on that time. The other 3 items came a week and a half later! I'm not even attempting to send anything back for a refund because honestly I don't have the energy to deal with SUCH INCOMPETENCE. IVRose should change its name to IMAJoke!

This outfit is simply to die for, sadly I ordered a size too big and my sister wasted no time in claiming it. I have to order another one. I would suggest that you buy your true size!

This is a scam! Don't fall for it! They took the money and over 2 months later I don't have the items, when I checked with them they gave me a false tracking number and they told me that my delivery was at my "local post office" but couldn't give me any more details... they never even sent the goods, when I complained they said they had processed a refund... over a month on and surprise surprise no refund! Luckily I paid on credit card and have raised a case to do a charge back! So dishonest, awful company! Don't be conned! If I could give them 0 stars I would!

I bought a dress on the IVRose website about a month ago (the Boho Style Floral Print Slit Maxi Slip Dress to be precise). It was terribly made, had a huge gape at the back when done up, but also has massive gapes at the sides at the front where the chest area is. Going by the photos they have on their website of the dress, there is not meant to be any gaping at all, it is meant to be quite tight fitting all the way around the top section. So I was very disappointed when I received such a badly made item.
I have contacted IVRose several times since and tried to return but so far NO ONE has got in contact with me, not even an email back to say they are dealing with my request, NOTHING.
I am thoroughly disappointed and has I known what a bad reputation IVRose has I would have never bought anything!

It's been over 3 weeks now and nothing delivered. Contacted customer support. They said I needed to go to this 'tracker' website and download the app. When I did that, the tracking number they gave me was INVALID. Then I started having some strange computer issues. I ran my virus scan & sure enough it quarantined their 'tracking website'. Once the scan completed I deleted the quarantined items and rebooted my machine. Computer seems OK for now. Rest assured I am now going to dispute this charge with my bank. Merchandise not delivered when they said. Pius the possible of my PC?! STAY AWAY from these people!

I ordered it in size M and it came quickly. I really love it, it fits me very well. It is as good as it looks in the picture.

Bought a dress that arrived damaged and quality awful. Did not realise when i ordered it they wete in china. Emailed to say it was damaged and they offered 20% refund? Why was I not entitled to free refund as I had not ordered faulty goods. After hundreds of emails back and forth with no resolution involved PayPal resolution. They said if I sent it back tracked they would refund me. Had to pay £13 postage! Paid £1 more to secure delivery as did not trust them. Got refund back after about 6 weeks, which after deducting the postage was hardly worth it. Still don't understand why I am out of pocket for them sending damaged goods. Awful stay well away. Just wish there was somewhere we could report them to as they should be struck off! Particularly as the reviews on their website (which I always read before I buy) are positive ( in broken English so I suspect added by themselves) but elsewhere awful which seems more realistic.

I wish I can give this website 0 stars because I was not satisfied with the customer service, nor what I received. First of all the lack of communication is HORRIBLE! I saw a jumpsuit on there that the did not have in stock, and she did not bother to tell me until I asked for my tracking information. Secondly, the packages came in separately with I absolute hate. Third, the items looked NOTHING like what it did on the picture. Unfortunately I was not able to get my refund due to the amount of money I would spend, it would cost more than what I spend, so no point in that. I advice you start reading reviews on websites before purchasing them.
