I unfortunately have learnt the hard way. I dont usually order items from sites like ivrose but i saw a pair of sandals and fell in love with them, they were beautiful... a couple of days later i saw by chance a bad review of a similar website and started to regret my decision but i kept my fingers crossed. When the sandals arrived they bore a resemblance to the sandals that were pictired but were cheap, badly made and nowhere near as colourful. The buckles to do the straps up werent even proper shoe bucjle but something youd find on a dress or bra for adjusting straps! I feel ripped off and i cant afford to be basically robbed of my money!
Please avoid this site at all costs because i can guarantee you will be dissapointed. I have emailed them to see if they will refund me, i have said that if they dont i will have to get paypal involved to get my money back. I will never ever buy online from a site like this again

I ordered 145.09 worth of merchandise of clothing from this company paid for expedited shipping and all. Customer service refused to give me tracking information which was odd lied said my items were in transit then when I pressed for a tracking number said they would be sent out very soon this is when I became very Leary. I then proceeded to tell them if I did not receive some type of confirmation I had ordered I would be calling my bank I received a wonderful surprise. A man in a rental truck not a FedEx not a ups but a rental truck dropped a package with only 2/7 items I ordered and guess what? All the items inside ripped apart at the seams totally defective. I called my bank and they're doing an investigation and credited me back. Do not order from here

I shop from Venus clothing as well which they have great products I was on their site and noticed a cold shoulder top that was the IDENTICAL IMAGE same MODEL and all than a top I bought on IVRose only guess what? The price on Ivrose was lowered about 3-5.00 I confronted Ivrose about it and literally screenshot the Image on venus.com and then my order review and product page on IVRose showing the same exact image from Venus and asked how that was possible to have Venus clothings model and exact top in stock... the order finally arrived and guess what? All clothing from IVrose has zero labels in the clothing I've reported this to Venus merchandising department and they're investigating now with photos I have and the chats with customer service where I address the question four times about the fraud and they downright do not even answer. What a scam

I ordered a dress and was hopefull. Eventough, several reviews was explaining otherwise. Alll negative reviews were true and what I received had nothing to do with the picture. This company is a scam. Please and I urge everyone not to spend any cent on IVROSE. You will definitely be dissapointed. All positive reviews are there to support and are their OWN reviews. Have had different mails sent to them the Only response I got is a maximum refund of 30% refund forced by their system for this product. Assuming their costprice including delivery costs. An easy way of earning a lot money. So please after Reading this review spend your money elswhere or give it away. One thing is for sure you will be upset even If you get delivered.

I have just received an order from this company and the item is like a rag! Very bad quality, nothing like the image. It went straight in the bin! I would strongly recommend that people avoid this site as I have simply wasted my money and do not want it happening to other people. I think they must use images from the internet as the item that I received was nothing at all like the photograph! I am still waiting for the other item that I ordered, over a month ago, and no doubt that will go in the bin also. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS!

I'm am still currently waiting for orders placed over a month ago. I have received some orders which arrived 3 days apart? I don't understand why your orders take such long time to arrive even coming from China. Sizes are not correct, poor quality, clothes does not look anything like in pictures. No return label to send back items I believe this website is a rip off and needs to be reported. I have spent £250.00 placing orders at once big mistake made I'm still awaiting as orders don't come at once. Please don't do multiple orders from this site if you want to take chance to order anything.

My husband purchased 2 dresses for me. They are as to be expected for the price and location they are produced in. I'm a size 4/small(U.S.A. Size)& have a very fit athletic shape. The dresses fit perfect. But we ordered Medium because sizes from China run smaller that Western sizes. The quality is good for the price... no different quality compared to "Forever 21, Papaya, etc.
It took 3 weeks to receive the 2 different packages. One came 3 days before the other. Both were marked by US customs. The shipping date info is correct(they do ship within a few days). BUT expect the delay because of US customs. Safety before vanity, folks.

FALSE ADVERTISING! Clothes a crap! Nothing like the pictures! And after waiting weeks for my order and having to email then 2 times to get a reply with a tracking number they only send 2 out of 3 items claiming that the other had been damaged or lost and that I could have a refund or they would send the item again. I obviously asked for a refund as I was very disappointed with the quality of clothing and customer service, they then ignored my email completely, claiming that they hadn't received it after replying to previous ones, so I again asked for my money back and they again completely overlooked it and said that they would send my item! I replied and told them I didn't want any item but wanted a refund, they then didn't reply for 2 days and when they did they said that my order had already been re-shipped and there was nothing they could do about it. Please don't give these people your money they're probably sat laughing making a huge profit off clothes that cost them pennies to make.

I purchased from this dreadful website 13 days ago. I had to email then as i am going away on the 6th july. They sent me 2 tracking numbers. Unsure why as i placed only one order. I received 3 of the 6 items i ordered the following day in 2 seperate parcels. I have emailed them more than 10 times now to see where my other 3 items are as they took the £93 from my account before i received anything. I am going away in 7 days and haven't got the money to now start buying more new clothes. I would never order from this website ever again!
