Bought a pair of shoes off the site. They arrived and I was immediately hit with a toxic smell when I opened the bag. Terrible quality and nothing like the pictures. Contacted to return. After many messages requesting info on how to return They gave me a China address however on the label on the bag in tiny print was an address in the UK to return them to so I did over two weeks ago. They have not refunded me and keep telling me to return them to China (which is impossible now as I have already sent them to the address on the label.) going to start a Paypal dispute. Avoid. The stuff is cheap and nasty.

This dress fits me so well, it makes me more attracitve, i can't wait to wear it! The shipping time is fast, just 10 days, perfect shopping experience!

I purchased a romper which looked well made and gorgeous in the picture. It took weeks to receive, when I did receive it, it looks as if a 2 year old put it together. I contacted this terrible company about the issues. They not only said, they won't refund and they didn't even apologize. Instead, after multiple emails back and forth they said they would refund me after I pay international shipping back to them! Clearly their customers do not matter to them. Trust all the other awful, true reviews of this site and don't purchase anything from them.

This is the first time I bought in this site, but I am very satisfied. Absolutely fantastic service, great communication and speedy delivery Product is perfect!
The quality is really amazing, for this price and quality it's a steal! I love it, is perfect and fits really well thank you.

Beware of this site. It creates its own site reviews. If you read the reviews closely. You'll see that it's written by someone whose native language is not English. There is a general overall similarity for the reviews: "fast shipping, great quality, love this, can't believe I own this". These reviews were ALL written by someone from China, which is where this company is located.

Also, if it were not for ivrose's own bogus reviews on this website. The rating on site jabber would be muchhhh lower.

I ordered a dress and a top from ivrose, both in an XL. Well... XL in Ivrose language means it will fit an anorexic 10 year old!
Badly made, the seams are rouched and the material is of the cheapest quality.
I asked for a refund and (eventually) was told I have to pay return postage, even though it's their fault the items are not the stated size and are poor quality.
I had to choose a rating fir this review to be posted and had to give it at least 1 out of 5... frankly tgey don't even deserve 1.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT'S CRAP!

Terrible clothes, tacky and very cheap, bought mine on the 3rd July and only now (7th august have i finally got my refund on all 3 items, all came 1 at a time so i had to send them back 1 at a time, they kept saying i had an open dispute in paypal which i did as i didnt recieve any items 4 2 weeks, i closed the disputes as soon as they arrived, but when asking for the refund it took 3 weeks to get, nightmare company nightmare clothes, stay well away.

I bought 4 dresses all the same style just different colours and couldn't work out ow to tie them, emailed their support team and they have been absolutely useless! Won't tell me how the dress ties, just keep asking for all my personal information, bank card, PayPal, I won't be buying from them again as they're not helping despite it being a simple request for hot to tie a dress, how hard is it for them to tell me, and why do they need card info ect.
