This website should not exist. Governments should stop them to continue their activity.

They have created a whole illusion of the reality! The pictures are fake, and you will find beautiful reviews with five stars on their website. Do not trust what you see written on this perfect internet site! It shows us, how the marketing can be a total disaster.
For my birthday, my friend ordered three articles when she received the shoes, combi-short and the bra; she was so shocked, the quality, the design the entire product does not look same as the pictures posted on their website this is terrible!
Of course, she tried to get reimbursed for her payment then she sent them messages, she only gets, automatic messages! Moreover, this is a pity because we cannot warn the World about this fraudulent business on Facebook, they know very well their game! You cannot write any reviews on their page.

The clothes are almost only polyester. The pictures come from other sites, like I saw a couple clothing and the pictures were from a clothing site called hot miami styles. The whole site is just funny because you see a lot of awesome stuff and its not the actual thing its just something theyre gonna try to make closest to it. The name of the site should be called where to get it and they should tell us where we can find the actual clothing.

Only gave you a 1star as no option for -1000, by far THE WORST company I have ever dealt with.
The clothes are incorrectly sized as per UK size guide, I ordered a UK 16 in each item giving me plenty of room for adjustment, what i received must be closer to a size 8-10, none of the items are as pictured, the material is thin, damaged, some of it see-through. It actually also smells like what can only be described as a butchers meat bin.
Currently emailing daily for a full refund (amounting to £162) only to be offered firstly 20% refund and keep the clothes then a few emails later they offered 30% refund and keep clothes and told me i should sell them on ebay because they say their system can only do a partial refund? (load of garbage) The package came from a UK address Mr HU CNE Unit 3, Skyport Trade Park, Skyport Drive, Harmondsworth. Middx. UB70LB but im told they cannot be returned here and must be returned to China at my cost (Royal Mail tracked parcel £135GBP)
I am seeking advise from Trading standards, Which consumer rights and the UK citizens advice beuro.
Please go take a look at the companies house directory in the UK https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/*******/officers trading as Ling Ling WU Bumperr Ltd. Therefore as per UK trading standards law I should be able to return the items in question to a UK address

Ladies... This is a total scam! Stick to Asos IF i WERE YOU!

I bought 5 items, 4 of which are totally the wrong size despite using their measurement guide, and the quality of the material & stitching is simply terrible. I intended to return 4 of the 5 items however the return address on the packaging on all 3 packets received is fake: Unit 3, Skyport trade park, Skyport drive, Harmondsworth, Middlesex, UB7 0LB. The return address is: Name: Dingjian

I was also advised "The amount of the declaration on the return package should be less than $10, otherwise, we will not bear any customs." I don't intend to return & state the contents are only $10 (£7.42), they're in fact £59. The return cost would be over half of what I paid for the items so it is not worth the cost to return to China, especially when the clothes were here within 2-5 days (so therefore from the UK, and no international postage mark on the package). Ivrose are refusing for me to return to a UK address. This matter is now passed to Paypal

The dress i ordered had nothing to do with the dress i received and payed...
They took a foto of some designer dress and tryied to make one similar that at all did not work out - the measurements has nothing to do as listed in the site, the quality of the material and of the sewing were reallyyyy badddd! Very disapointed - the customer services was ok - they refund me 50% as the shipping payment to send it back would be similar to 30% of the dress price... even so... a mess... i guess they survive from people that dont send it back because of the return shipping costs and the effort it is to send back...

I bought a jumpsuit, when i received the outfit i immediately noticed the fabric was not so Nice, plus i did not fit the jumpsuit. When i tried to contact customer service to ask for the return policy, They told me that i Could get a 45%discount on my next order but should keep the jumpsuit which was to small?! When i answered that i did not achter and adressed them
My right as a customer to return and get a refund of the money I paid, I didnt hear anything anymore?! This is a set up! I will never Buy someyhing again and will advise anyone who is thinking of buying something at ivrose not to do it. The quality sucks and customer service is even worse!
