I purchased my item on the 30 of november and didn't receive it till the 4 of Jan. And I place my order and paid to have it for a Christmas dinner gathering. Came way to late. I will not recommend this site to none of my friends. Or any sites that's in China.

My daughter ordered 3 shirts from IVROSE. Delivery of the first two shirts took 6 weeks. When they arrived, one was way too small and not at all what was ordered. The other is a crappy thin version of what we expected. A few weeks later the third shirt arrived with a whole in it.
As you've probably figured out, this company has no customer service phone number, no one to talk to and after much effort we were able to exchange emails with someone whose English is questionable. They offered us a $7 credit. - Total Crap!
I recently purchased the off the shoulder flare sleeved bodycon dress, to be used for my second wedding. The dress arrived and it is perfect. It fits perfectly and it is absolutely stunning. Thank you IVROSE for the fantastic customer service when I enquiry about my order as well. Customer service was brilliant and I highly recommend you to friends.
Took forever to get the item then once received the material is nothing like the photo its poor and fine and see through, also I received no invoice therefore I cant even return the pants that I ordered. They dont fit they look and feel nothing like the image and I cant return them. Waste of money!
Ordered wrapped cardigan in beige, it was 25.00 more than Amazon prime, and took 30 days to get order. Toolkit out of bag and it's 2 different colors, will NEVER order from this site again.

I ordered a dress on 12/13 so it could reach in time for New Years. Yes! I ordered that long ahead of time. It is now 1/7/18 and the tracking only states that the order was fulfilled on 12/14/17. I contacted the company and they have no clue what's going on and will not refund me until I get the dress. I even told them to cancel the order because at this point I don't need the dress. Completely disappointing. I expected long shipping wait but not almost a month. Come on. DO NOT USE. I will be filing a consumer report because at this point I feel like I was ripped off.
Be careful! The photos never show the real items! The clothes are made of cheapest materials and are not at all like on the photos.
I ordered 12 dresses and received only 9 - none of them was acceptable. IVRose didnt answer my complains and did not refund anything.
So better dont buy from them!
The quality of the dresses was so poor. They didnt resemble the picture at all it wasnt true to size an I would never recommend you order something for this site even if its free now lets see how long their going to take to refund me.
I purchased two knit dresses from this website on november 20th. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH FOR IT TO ARRIVE. Aside from that the material was cheaply made nothing like from the picture. Will never order from them again.
Dont be put off by the bad reviews! Yes my parcel took a while to arrive but gosh its worth it! My dress is stunning I cant wait to wear it! Its perfect for the price and so unlike anything else on the high street! Id order from IVRoae again Defo!

70 pounds wasted plus postage no refund keep sending E mails with photo of receipts from post office and they keep saying they cant see the photo, I cant see my money going back to my bank. I ordered a dress in time for my birthday I chose expedited delivery but my birthday passed over a week ago and i still havent recieved this dress. I emailed them a few days after just to be sure about when the dress will come and they said 3-5 working days however when I had a go at them yesterday they said it will take up to 25 days and the email I sent a few days after the order (just checking when it would come)was gone so they deleted the email of them lying saying it will be 3-5 working days. Dirty tramps. Chinese people are absolute pr*cks.
