My order arrived late. When it eventually arrived I thought the parcel looked small and wondered how they could fit my order into such a small package. When I opened the package I realised that 2 items were missing. I have tried contacting IVRose to request a refund for the missing items but have had no response. I have been ripped off and I will be seeking legal advice.

Nothing I ordered fits to small even though ordered a bigger size, material cheap on dress and rubbish stitching my jumpsuit looks like pyjamas can't even get legs pulled up and ordered a large.So no I would not be ordering any going out clothes from this website or everyday clothes for that matter as its totally ridiculous, the worse thing is you have pictures of items knowing the product doeznot look like that at all

Waited 5 weeks for delivery - customer service no help! When received item, loose cotton on several parts of the dress and material is really flimsy. A complete waste of money!

It been over 5 weeks still haven't received package emailed to cancel and they wouldn't let me even though I still haven't received it the seller is extremely ignorant I will never do business with this company ever again

Not happy especially since I request for a small and got a medium. Took a month to ship too. Customer service is ynhelpful

I have been looking to replace my boots that i bought 5 years ago from "Mr Shoes" (sadly had to depart with them this summer) 5 years they lasted and trust me they had "Some hammer" I was devastated when they finally gave up and started to rip... however i have now found the perfect pair once again. I can honestly say I will never buy boots from anybody else again excellent delivery and A* quality products

Really bad waited over 2 weeks no repond at all.
Its really simple if u payment was paypal, go contact them you will get your money back very ez.

I have ordered 5 items. Not one has arrived.
Im told they have all arrived and I have to prove they havent?!?! So I spent almost £100 for nothing.
Customer service is very slow and repetitive - Im sure they just use English templates.
All in all its a shame as the clothes look lovely.
Im still fighting to get my money back.

Your website should SAY IT'S OUT OF STOCK before Im able to purchase the item. I want my refund immediately.

If youre a Medium order a large. One size up for everything. Love the prices and the outfits. Im still going to be odering from them.

All of the bras that were received were nothing at all like what is pictured NOTHING looks like what was ordered. The t-shirt is very cheaply made and I've only received half of what was ordered so far.
Beware the bras are small small small even the extra larges. Not at all worth the money spent I fear returns will be a nightmare.

Received when expected, wonderful service, I asked a question and received a reply straight away, the quality of items is fantastic, I am very happy and will be ordering more, jane

Arrived on time, size was perfect, but the seam was not stitched properly on the side and on the sleeve of the dress, so holes in the stitching, had to re-use it myself, don't think I would buy anything on here again

I have bought several clothes here, and there are a lot of styles of clothes here, the speed of logistics is also very fast, the service attitude of the merchants is also very good, and I am very patient to guide me to buy

Item arrived and was very poorly made - seams coming apart and cuts in fabric. Requested refund and company advised they could refund only if I agreed to return shipping at my expense. For a faulty item this is unreasonable as the shipping costs would out way the cost of the garment. Be very careful - they have no quality control!

This is a warning for everyone NOT TO BUY ANYTHING from these guys, complete con artist! Ordered a dress for a xmas event. On the website it says 3-5 working days. Nearly 30 days later, the dress ARRIVES! Looks nothing like the photo and is a cheap piece of tat. This store is from a workhouse in China. Its not LEGIT. Please avoid!

No working phone number! No store so why do the reviews say a store. The online address is China. Telephone number listed not working. Even though they say before you order 4to 7 business days, when you email them they say standard 10 to 25 business days! Not good to mislead people.
