Ordered a jumpsuit from Ivrose the item looked nothing like the picture, it was extremlely poor quality, cheap see through material. When I requested permission to return the item. The company refused to provide me with the return address and asked if I could keep the item or possibly give it to someone and they would provide me with a 10% DISCOUNT. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ~ IF YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT LOOK TO RETURN THE ITEM IF IT'S NOT TO YOUR STANDARDS.

I ordered a faux fur jacket. It took 5 weeks to arrive. The fabric and made up of the garment was disgustingly cheap. I am finding it difficult to get in touch with them. I understand from previous reviews that the return postage costs a lot. I guess as well with such a devious company they could say that they have not received the return item. I didnt realise initially that it was a company in China. They should be banned from advertising in UK. It has taught me a lesson to read reviews before committing.

Any "person" who wrote a good review here is clearly working for the company or scamming with them. I am in an email battle with "customer service" representatives with names like "Daisy" and "Carol" with no letter company signature. I should have known better. They want me to provide screenshots of my purchase from 6 months ago. A JOKE. As a paying customer, you typically trust a company not to "lose" your order. But that's what they claim happened. DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE THING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

This is the worst experience of online shopping I have had.
I order a dress on the 3rd of February. On the 4th I had an email to say it was out of stock and I was to pick between a similar prices item or a refund. I chose refund and logged into my account and manually cancelled the order as advised.
I logged in 1 week later to check the status of the refund and it said my item was shipped on the 5th of February.
I contacted customer service. They were useless.
Their response was "just ignore the emails they were sent by mistake and the dress was in stock"
I explained it was cancelled prior to shipment and I no longer want the item.
They have accepted they are at fault in writing, but are unwilling to give a refund! They offered a $10 gift voucher for my next shop.
JOKE. That's not even the currency of my country and I would never shop here again!

Lesson learned ladies, always read the reviews! They speak for themselves, shocking reviews and all very similar scenarios. I wish I had because I'm now out of pocket.

This site is a big MISTAKE! I ordered only one item from IVRose, thank God! XL white harem pants. They were exactly what i wanted and I could not find them on any familiar site. So because they are on Amazon I figured that they were a safe site. WRONG. After 3 weeks I am told that they are out of stock. Which I understand but, they took my money out of the bank the same day that I ordered. Now to get my money back. No I will not send more money to not get another item! I still see the same add for the harem pants on Amazon and Facebook. I have spent hours emailing back and forth with their customer service with poor results. Safe yourself Don't order from them!

The order took over a month to arrive and when it finally did there were no details attached regarding their return policy.

I ordered three dresses and all were poorly made and did not resemble the photos in the slightest!

When I contacted customer support they were extremely unhelpful and the cost to return would have been more than the initial cost of the purchase. Now I am left with three dresses I would never be seen wearing!

SCAM COMPANY, they will take your money and if the package is lost you will not get your money back, they ask you to wait 5 more days and 5 more days, it's been 2 months and the postal office has admitted they lost the package and IvRose will still not resend my money.
