Customer service below all non existant expectations. Quality of products the worst and cheapest you can get, especially clothes and lingerie. Not even close to what you see on the pictures worn by the models. Not ever again, I by all means recommend to not buy there. For that below zero quality extremely overpriced.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE - This site is a China supplier making it incredibly hard to return goods. I brought 6 pieces of clothing and none fit. I ordered Medium sizes and they all look like they would just fit my 8 year old sister. I asked to return and it took them 2 weeks to reply, offering me 10% off my next purchase and recommend to resell the items. After demanding a refund they told me I need to pay for tracking postage. To ship a small 0.5kg package it was going to cost me £54.20. Obviously this isn't worth it so I have lost my £72 shopping treat..

I've recently ordered from three sites that I would later learn were in China. They were all incredible with shipping and product so when my daughter saw some things she wanted on IVRose for our upcoming family vacation I didn't think twice before ordering. I placed an order on 3/5/2018 of 7 items 4 size large for my daughter, and 3 size 3xl for my daughter in law ordering a size up as I have learned to do. That night I received a call from my daughter to go on sitejabber and read the reviews and my heart sank. However, on 3/9 after checking the order constantly I saw that all 7 items had shipped. Today 3/17 to my absolute amazement I received one shipment containing three of the items (jumpsuit, dress, and three piece pant set) all just as pictured and of good quality. I'm assuming my order was shipped separately, because I did contact them prior to via gmail and they supplied me upon request five hours later with 3 tracking #'s. I don't know it these sites are hit or miss or whatever, but I must say I am pleased with the items that I received today, and so glad now that I read the reviews after placing my order. Based on my personal experience with IVRose I'd have to favorably rate them. By the way, that wasn't even with expedited shipping.

It's been 5 months since my order which is significantly not as discribed, it's cheap garbage and not nice clothing. I wish I had researched the reviews prior! They have DOUBLE the one star reviews as their 5 star reviews that day's a lot.

I shipped my order back and just as others have stated here hey give you the run around, please don't return we will give you a coupon for next time, you must send photos of receipt, the tracking information must include package weight, I've profited all sufficient information they've requested and still no refund.

Now they're not responding. Total scam! Don't buy from them!

I ordered about 8 bikinis and one dress from here when I received them I didn't even try the bikini bottoms on as I knew they would fit passed my leg, the bikinis are not true to size like their measurements say and they dont accepts returns or exchanges on swimwear. I ordered what was a size 10 and it is more like a 6/8.
The dress i ordered was see through and not like the one in the photograph. When I emailed them asking for the address they offered me discount code instead - I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN AND AM STILL WAITING FOR THE RETURNS ADDRESS
