The web site forms are easy to understand but if you overlook a question it gives no indication, just will not move to next page. Maybe an x or * in red next to question would help.
My Cambodia visa wasn't lodged for nearly two weeks after I paid, then I was informed I wouldn't get the visa until March either first or second week, I go away on the 17th March so its cutting it a bit tight. Other people I am traveling with used another company who were cheaper and they got theirs back in two weeks.

I applied for an India business visa using IVisa after a frustrating and unsuccessful attempt with the government's site. IVisa was far simpler, clearer and more straightforward. I chose the normal 5 day service, and was pleasantly surprised when I got the visa in roughly 48 hours. I'll be recommending IVisa to my travel agent and colleagues.

We have had difficulties and some confusing answers-back or messages when trying to have our photos migrate from our mobile phone to iVisa system through iVisa portal. This could be solved by a clear and comprehensive guiding that everyone could understand without hesitating between different possible interpretations.

The process was smooth and easy and the turnaround prompt. It is expensive though. It turns out I could have applied for the visa myself for only $30 instead of $159. But you pay for convenience and knowing it will be done right.
