I needed a visa for New Zealand. I used iVisa my wife used NZETA the government app. There was over a hundred dollars difference in cost, iVisa was the higher one. Turn around time was about three hours difference. With iVisa being the faster one approved.
I could never get any of my documents to download load. I contacted IVisa customer service several times. They sent the same letter repeatedly to me with a link that would never download my document. Finally someone at iVisa sent an email with my NZ Visa in a pdf.
Save money and the hassle use the NZETA app.
I followed the easy to understand instructions. Paid fee. And less than 2 days later received my IVisa

The process was easy we completed in about one half hour
Fairly easy, but uploading pikchas (passport + 3 selfies) proved to be challenging! A little more direction (explanation) would be helpful.

The process and immediate response were very simple and friendly.
Processing of my transit visa was seamless. The only complaint that I have is how much you charge. I can get the transit visa for free at the airport, but you charge $95. I do understand you have to charge something for the benefit of having it upfront before leaving for the travel trip, but I think $95 is far too high when it Out of a little inconvenience I could get it at no cost other than that everything was as expected
