They won't accept your application without a document they doesn't exist. So it's impossible to complete. No they are no refunds. They demand a "missing document upload" so will never process your request

Having applied online for the first time to renew my visa,i came across a team of persons from IVisa whom i have found to be very Caring and Committed to their task from start to finish, that is, completing the application, a very thorough exercise, going for the interview to the collecting of the Visa document. The many reminders where welcomed, especially when the interview time was getting close and the documents to be carried. I must again commend the Team for a JOB WELL DONE!

Needed passport photos quickly and looked up iVisa. The process was quick and easy and got them delivered without any problems. Got them accepted for my B1/B2 visa without any problem. I would use them again, specially if they are as quick ith Visas as they are with passport photos

I had a trip to Thailand with my wife and we were super confused on how to get the visa. It wasn't easy at all to find the information and we thought we were going to loose our money. For some reason these embassies lack somebody that speaks english and wants to genuinely help tourists. We tried calling different embassies just to get an idea of what we needed and sent messages through instagram with no success.
GFinally we found iVisa and decided as a last measure to try them out, and after contacting them they guided us through the process and made the whole thing a lot easier, specially the peace of mind of knowing we were not going to have to repurchase everything for a later date. This is the second time I use their services, they are always fast and helpful. I tried to get my visa through the Indian government website by myself and the website kept crashing down, it was impossible! Idk if it was my computer or what. Anyways I just send this agency my info and they did all of it for me. 100% recommend!
