The main service is fast, you'll get the instructions and support. The iVisa team makes sure you have all the documents ready for consulate submittal.
Our case was complex, we got visa but too late for accomplish the trip with our plans. We cancelled the trip and got back to iVisa for refund.
It did take us some time but as soon as we got to the manager responsible for refunding, it took literally 2 days to solve the issue. So my recommendation is be persistent. IVisa does fulfill their liabilities.
My recommendations:
1) Check the time you have to get visa
2) If your time is short, make sure you buy "super rush"
3) If you have complex vise case try to get the manager assigned to you from the beginning
4) Always try to talk to real people because the elite service team works really good to talk to you, but you'll need to get to other departments to resolve your issue
We bought visa support for Georgia, paid for FULL package, the most expensive,
VISA DELAYED, we had to cancel all tickets.
We paid full package: super rush for 160$, elite fee for 100$.
For the visa itself fee - 20$
No elite service - only stupid BOT answer.
Cannot get refund for "super rush" till now, 3 months.
TOTALLY horrible. Money scam. NEVER recommend
After leaving a negative review, iVisa returned part of the money spent. But my cooperation with iVisa was accompanied by errors in documents, automatic answers to important questions and the requirement of additional payments.I do not recommend cooperation with this service.

J'ai fais quatre demande de visa avec réussite
I applied for a Canadian visa on the 16th of May and after receiving the assurance that it would be granted on time for my upcoming trip, I booked my ticket to Canada along with friends on the 26th of September. Being a Namibian Citizen makes it especially difficult to get the Visa in my passport.
After numerous attempts and many WhatsApps, I have received ZERO assistance in trying to establish the current status of my application. If I had gone the route of my friends and applied for it myself, I would have received it by now. But after paying an additional R3000.00 to them for submitting forms and then washing their hands on the matter is absolutely disgusting!

The team was very responsive and constantly interacted with me throughout the process. At the beginning the process seemed to be falling behind schedule, due to multiple requests for additional information, precious days were lost. As my deadline approached, I began to feel somewhat skeptical. To my great surprise, before the deadline, I received my visa. This was a very good performance by iVisa.
Had, had the app for about 3month and I kept doubting using it. So I decided to start with a cheaper visa so that if they are fraudulent I don't loose alot of money. The process so simple to be true...When my Indian visa came out I was so skeptical but the email assured me it was legitimate. As I type this am in Mumbai on my trip...
I used iVisa to apply for six visas during a 2.5 month trip that, as of Aug. 28, still has a month to go. Since my travel schedule was flexible, I decided to apply for visas along the way. Everything worked perfectly.
Perfect staffs, you guys are so good at your job. Keep it up and I will be using for other future traveling plans and I recommend you to friends.
