The first issue is it takes way too long to receive their products, almost 3 weeks. Secondly, they sent wrong size. When I tried to send an e-mail (two actually); came back as mail unable to be delivered. Called and left a message. Finally someone got back to me via e-mail. They wanted me to go to a jeweler to check the size. Then they wanted me to keep the rings (even though I could not wear them) and they would give me a discount. Then they wanted me to send a photo showing the paper tags had not come off. STALL TACTICS and terrible customer service. You can tell by the content of their e-mails that English is not their first language. I think these people are Chinese rip-off artists. I finally had to contact American Express to dispute charges.

If you have real diamonds, there is no way you can be happy with this products. Secondly, they made it near impossible for me to return the right. The claim to have refund me Aug 24th but here i am Sept 18th and i still havent seen my money back. They are liars and their products are misrepresented. Do not buy from them

Love this ring it is beautiful with a lot of sparkle. Is there anyway I can buy another wedding band only from this set. Love the ring and would like a wedding band on both sides of the ring.

Do not buy from this company they will not stand by their 1 yr warranty on defective manufacturing products. Had my ring for 4 months a setting fell out (obvious manufacturing setting) but they want me to send them more money... nope. Buyer beware!

Unsure if anyone who posts a positive comment has ever seen a real white sapphire or a diamond. This Hong Kong made and manufactured product has zero refraction or sparkle. A CZ has better appearance. With an exchange rate of almost 7 yen per 1 dollar, you surely could improve quality or drop the price.

Dreadful service- promised rings in place of a refund due... silly me believed what they put in writing... nothing has ever been sent and they do not reply to emails. Based on this experience I cannot trust or recommend this company at all. Please do not fall not their same trap.

Three rings were purchased. The main ring had two stones missing. I emailed customer service within five minutes of receiving the items. The emailed back within 24 hours. However, since I told them I wanted a refund and not a new item, they stopped responding. Just filed a claim with paypal. Wish we would have read the reviews first. Thought we were getting a piece of handcrafted jewelry, but received a piece of junk from Hong Kong. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Stay away from Italo Jewelry. They are complete frauds. Keep your money and buy a quality piece of jewelry from a legitimate merchant.
The positive reviews you see here are fake reviews. They are poorly written, at times bear no relevence to the products, and are obviously fake. I bought jewelry from this company and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the merchandise and the horrible customer service. The jewelry received was not what was photographed and described on the site, and was defective. What I ordered took 60 days to receive! The stones in the ring I received were considerably smaller than the stones in the photo on the site. I followed their "Return Policy" within the stated time limit, & contacted them via email immediately. It took weeks to finally get their return instructions. I sent them a photo of the ring showing the tag was still attached. I had to file a claim with Paypal, post negative feedback on facebook, and contact my credit card company before any action began. It took FIVE MONTHS to get a refund!
