"Italo Jewerly" is NOT Jewelry at all.
They sent me a crappy ring that I paid over $200 for. The ring took over a month to arrive to me from "Hong Kong". It is the quality of something out of a 25 cent machine! The customer service is NON-EXISTENT! After I threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau, they finally emailed back and stated the tags had to still be on the ring for a refund. The tags were still on, and I asked where to ship the item back to, in which they never responded. I filed a claim on PayPal against them. The process took FOREVER, but I did get my money back, and sent their 25 cent ring back to them! BEWARE! DO NOT buy from this fraudulent company! I have seen so many comments from customers in their Facebook and Instagram pages on how they've been scammed. Some have sent the rings back to them and never received a refund. The company is BAD NEWS!

The website does not state that the items are made in China or shipped from China. Then you find out once it has been shipped that it is coming from China. I order 1/5/2019 and my jewelry is still in China. I have emailed after a week and have been advised to be patient. Now I am outside of the 30 day window and have sent numerous emails wtih no response. I have now sent a lost order and left an email. I guess I will need to contact my credit company to try to get a response. This is ridiculous and too much money for a junk product or to not have received. I doubt I will get a response. I keep tracking everyday and it still shows it is in China. Buyers beware.

Buyer beware: you will never get your money back. I have emailed well within the 30 day window requesting a return authorization. I keep getting emails back asking if I want to receive free earrings, discounts, etc. in exchange for keeping the rings that do not fit and I have no use for. I have pleaded with them that I will not exchange or take any offers and I just want a refund. They still email back (days later mind you so this process takes forever) offering some other bogus promo in order to not take the rings back. I'm not sure how you can advertise a hassle free return process and then hassle your customers until the hopefully just give up? There is no phone number for customer service, so you're stuck in this email limbo. Horrible company

Positive reviews are posted by Italo "company" in broken english. Italo is a "company" from China that is unable to communicate properly via email and phone. "Customer service" also delays responses by weeks or don't respond at all. Gems come out easily on multiple items. My credit card company had to reimburse my money in a dispute because Italo was unresponsive in communications with me and my credit card company in returning money for an item they never sent but charged for. Their items look pretty, but won't last and you won't get your money back on any returns. They will also respond in broken, unrecognizable english, if they respond at all. BEWARE!
