I love everything that I ordered. You guys are amazing and doing so great with providing awesome quality products. I ordered few jewelry items to see that whether it is good or not, but after seeing the items in real I am sure that I will be purchasing further jewelry from your online site. Finally got the item I purchased but the earrings they promised they'd include were not found. Avoid this company, as the 5 star reviews for this site seems 'manufactured'.
Made an order a month ago, was told this and that, and based on the holiday season I half expected this. I finally got them to ship or I thought, as a tracking number was provided, along with an offer for free earring up to $100.
Tracking number can't be found, and they did not provide me with any method/instructions on claiming the earring.
BEWARE!
This a best site in all e commerce sites. I recommend you and all of my friends that if they want anything visit this site and purchase from here.
They kept my ring and my money, so I have no photos to show you, do not use them, I will never order from them, they are in Hong Kong but will tell you they are in California, you can't get them on the phone and if you do they can hardly speak English, and just keep saying the same things over and over and over again.
The pieces all look too big so not at all credible.

If I could rate you 0, I woud! I do not know how this company stays in business. They are refusing my refund and it is within the 30 days. They have horrible customer service skills and they truly do not care about their customers regardless of others reviews. Of course if you love what they provide, then you do not have to speak to them on the phone but if you would like to return something, they completely shun you and do not want anything to do with you. Horrible service,. This business will flop in the coming of years.

I was charged and never received a ring/gift I purchased for my wife for Christmas. Italo said it was shipped on December 15,2018 and still have not received it. Im very disappointed and so is she that she didn't receive her Christmas gift.

Ordered 10th November, no confirmation email, didn't answer my 2 emails (sent via PayPal website), didn't respond to phone call despite message in American accent saying they would, didn't respond until I entered a disputed on PayPal when they told me it had been posted on December 6th. When I checked tracking they hadn't processed the order until December 6th, the day of the dispute being raised on PayPal. Only when I checked tracking did I find out they were a Chinese company. December 15th still not received. Very dubious company despite all of the rave reviews I see on this site. Be careful or prepared to fight to get the goods or your money back.
