Items are sent late or not at all, when they do arrive the quality is rubbish. They lie about despatch dates, and you have to persist for months to get any kind of refund. At one point, they asked me if I had kept a recording of a conversation I had had where one of their staff blatantly lied to me.

I originally bought two rings the Oval pronged eternity band and an oval ring that was big. I think like 12 carrots. I based it off a 1/4 size down than what I was last sized at. The rings were still too big. No big deal. I should have re measured. The band on the Oval engagement ring was very frail. They sat in the packages for 3 months before I started wearing them. The first day I wore them a tiny gem on the engagement ring fell off from the band. Eventually a bunch fell off the floating halo. The ring band started warping from the start. The gems were all stunning and the styles were beautiful but the metal kind of sucked a lot actually. We tried to get in contact with italo via email and instagram. Didn't work. Was expecting them not to because saw the terrible customer service reviews before hand. Regardless I loved the rings even though both devastatingly fell apart. I feel like having the wrong size really contributed to the warping factor. I think if you're going to invest this much on some pretty white sapphires you might as well take them immediately to get them reset into higher quality metal. I also noticed when ordering this year that the metal is sterling silver. For some reason I remember aluminium being a percentage of the metal before. So maybe it's been fixed. You can't track your item until it gets in the United States so you really don't know if it's a scam or not until it's being delivered. Their customer service sucks I have texted their Facebook which is what they said is the fastest as far as response time but the damn message didn't even deliver I've sent numerous emails to them regarding the 30 day return policy which is almost up in 2 weeks and I have got no response. You can't even sent the ring back until they confirm that you're even allowed to send it and tell you how to ship it back. Then you have to pay a fee just to ship it back to them even if you paid the first time for fast shipping I wouldn't recommend this site if you're unsure of the ring size because at this point I have waste money and I am very upset!

We had these rings ordered 4-2019. Stone fell of of one ring about 4months after purchase, did not get around to sending it back or notifying Italo. Then the other ring completely tarnished. Their warranty does not mean anything. I requested a total refund. We felt at this point why put more money into a poor quality product. THEY refuse to refund us. They first started out y saying since we had them over most of the year, we could pay 120.00 and mail them back for repair. I refused, still asking as a consumer for a refund. Then they said repair at 80.00, then next reply was 60.00, we still requested a refund. Their final resolution was we could pay 40.00 for shipping them back for repair. They do not have good reviews with BBB. They are not accredited with the BBB. My advice is to buy local from a reputable retail such as Macy's or Dillards. They try to make it easy on the consumer. I did not expect the rings to last a life time due to the price. I have bought sterling silver jewelry from Macys that I have had for years that has been worn frequently and still looks good. You can't use a sliver cleaner on these rings and expect to restore their shine like most sterling silver pieces. It's just a waste of money. Better to at least invest in a 14k gold setting with a cz stone if you are looking not to spend a fortune on an engagement ring. Take your money and put a little more with it and don't buy the products from Italo, but buy real sterling silver or silver that is 14k gold. It will last a life time. As a consumer that bought poor quality, and it has been less than one year, I should have been able to get a total refund.

I is very disappointing. And now we are looking for another set (of course from another company!), but it won't be the same ring that we exchanged during our vowels... Cheap, but no quality... It looks like it is correct to say: You get what you pay for :(

Horrible customer service and delivery. Ordered on 1/16/2020, Express Shipping. The wrong address populated. I immediately corrected it but the website said "Order is already processed" SERIOUSLY?! Received email that they successfully changed the shipping address-STILL NO DELIVERY. Emailed thru website and email 7 times now- NO ANSWER FROM COMPANY. WON'T RESPOND BACK AND STILL NO ORDER. I tried to cancel the order. (Good Luck trying to do that!) Setting your money on fire will get you the same results. DON'T ORDER THRU THIS SHADY COMPANY! I'm out over $200 but will take this higher if I have to. My international law degree will be used to the fullest bc I'm so mad!

This company never indicate on their page that the merchandise come from China. They indicate you can return it any item on the first 30 days but how you can return something to the other side of the world. I paid a $159 for a ring and be waiting for a few weeks and nothing yet. When you pay this type a money for a ring you expect to receive in a reasonable time. Also, they send you a tracking number but can't get any track info from that number. Don't buy from this people.
