I ordered earring on Nov. 7, today is Dec. 10, but I still don't received my order.
First they didn't do anything for 2 weeks, so I contact with them and they said they gonna ship. After few days, finally I got shipping information by email. It was 2 weeks ago, I still don't get it.

Ordered a ring from this Hong Kong based website and USPS tracking shows it never made it past US Customs. It was weeks past delivery date, so I contacted Customer Service 3 different times. Each time, they only kept asking me to please waiting longer. I finally just requested a full refund, and they refused. Said it was not their fault so a refund is not an option. So I guess to this company, the customer should pay for a product that was never received.
They first offered to send me another ring as long as I paid for it. What! I didn't receive the first ring I ordered! Why would I pay for a second? THEN they reluctantly offered to send me one for free, but it would arrive FOUR MONTHS after I placed my first order. As I was not ok with either of these options, I asked for a full refund, and they said I could dispute my credit card company but they won't issue a refund to me. This company lacks all common sense and business sense. Buyer Beware as you will lose your money.

Buyers beware! This company is not in the US and merchandise box is stamped from Hong Kong and China. This company does not honor their return policy as stated on their website and will refuse to give you a refund. They have an F rating with the BBB in the US. They sent me two different sized rings verified by a US jeweler, one having a large gap as pictured due to poor design. They then refused to give me a refund even after providing photographic evidence. I had to pay personally to return the ring even though their website claims they cover returns in the event of faulty merchandise. Once they received my return they issued a partial refund and made a bogus claim it was to cover shipping fees, when their website advertises free shipping. I have had to send 20+ emails and still not received my money back. Do not waist your time or money dealing with this company!

The ring wasn't as sparkly as I had hoped and the craftsmanship was cheap-looking. In attempting to return the ring, they asked me to send a picture of the rings with tags still attached. The problem is that they didn't attach tags to begin with. Now I'm out $160 with no recourse. Customer service is prompt but not friendly. I've filed a case with the Better Business Bureau in the hope that others will not encounter the same practice in the future.

I received what I thought was a good quality ring for a good price for my bf, within a week the gems started falling out. I emailed Italo customer service about it. They gladly mailed me a free replacement. To my surprise, the ring was nothing like the original it was a even cheaper knockoff. The gems of the replacement fell out as well and the ring was not the same cut or shape as the original. To think this site couldn't get any worse, when I emailed them about the whole ordeal they wanted me to pay a shipping fee for ANOTHER replacement. I proudly denied. Moral of the story, a good ring is worth a lot more than this china manufactured bull$#*!.

SO. I ordered 2 bands for my husband and I. I wanted to try out an eternity band to see if I'll like wearing it before spending thousands on a diamond band. Anyways, I purchased the rings before reading all of these reviews and got so nervous! I called and emailed Italo and they responded very quickly, explaining exactly how long it will take to receive the rings. Shortly after receiving an email with the tracking #, I was able to see every move the rings were making. They did ship from Hong Kong, but I got the rings 2 days later! Both rings were PERFECT. They are both heavy, the stones sparkle just as bright as my diamond, and the gold tone is perfect. I am so happy with these rings! (I did pay extra for the 3-5 days shipping)
