I must say that even after some research, I was still a bit worried about ordering from Italo Jewelry knowing that my ring would be shipping from a warehouse in China. However, the price was great so I took the chance. This ring came beautifully packaged and is much more beautiful and sparkling clear than it looks on-line. It is a substantial size. Seems that stones are are securely set and I hope they stay that way. Others have complained that stones fall out. The only problem I had is that due to unclear shipping papers and bar code issue, my packaged bounced around unnecessarily to several USPS mail distribution centers for days. Thank goodness for tracking numbers. I had to call the postal service and spoke with a representative in order for them to manually track and redirect my package to be sure that I would receive it. Anyway, so far so good!"

I ordered two rings, to wear together and one so far is fine - I like everything about it and it really sparkles. The second ring is a huge disappointment. First it didn't look good with the other ring so there was no way I could wear them together on one finger. Also the stones appear cloudy white and don't sparkle much at all and so I was going to return it but then wore it with a different stack of rings for 4 hours and liked how it looked. I took another look at it today to see if I really wanted to keep it and then saw that a stone had fallen out! I had also just ordered a third ring to stack with the first one and now I don't want it. SO I have written them to cancel and as it is less than 24 hours since placing the order, I should have no issue and should not be charged the $20 they charge if it is more than 24 hours since placing the order. I have also written to them about the ring with the missing stone and we shall see how they handle that. I don't have a lot of confidence after reading through the reviews here. I watched YouTube videos of unboxing their products and that reassured me that they were quality items but it seems to be hit and miss. I will let you know how they handle the order cancellation and the refund. Here's hoping...

None of the items were as described as they advertised on their website.The quality was cheap like junk. Don't be fool by the stunning photos, the actual ring looked like made with plastic stone, very awful. They deleted all the negative reviews on their website, the left one all looks good. The customer service was horrible. If you want to return any item, then the nightmare starts. They won't let you return anything. They will try to use all kinds of dirty tricks to convince you to exchange. After that will be an extra $20,$30 or $40 fee to charge on buyer. Also, the customers have to pay for another returning shipping fee, very ridiculous! They hide all the specific details and try to deceive buyers. Their unfair clause policy was made by themselves when each time they replied your email. That was a trap! They just want to get more money from you. Their shipping address is in China, returning address is somewhere in LA, PayPal account in different city in China, so CUNNING! This company is no integrity at all. BE very very Careful! Don't buy anything from ITALO!

Be careful if you find that you need to return an item. I ordered an eternity band and when I received it, I was very disappointed in the quality & contacted the company for a return authorization.
First I left a VM message as no one answered their phone. The VM stated that my call would be returned (which it wasn't). The next day I opted to "chat" with an Italo rep. I stated that I wanted to proceed with a return and the reply was do you want to "exchange". I insisted that no, I wanted to return for a full refund. I was then asked to take a photo to prove that the tag was not removed. I did so and apparently passed "inspection" so I was then instructed where to mail back the return. I was also informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping fee which I was aware of since that is stated in their 30 day return policy. Before ending the chat I asked if I could get a return authorization number and I was told no, just send it back with a tracking number..."don't worry".
I followed all instructions to the letter and received an email confirmation from PayPal that a refund had been issued to my credit card. When I checked the amount it was $10 less than I had paid.
Trying to contact them & jump through all the hoops again just wasn't worth my time & I consider myself fortunate (having read all other reviews) that I got a refund at all! I looked back at my original order and had been given a $10 discount towards the order so I can only assume that if you return an item, you loose the discount amount? This was not stated in the return policy so I am only guessing that this might be the reason that they didn't refund $10 of my original payment.
Beware, the quality of the items and poor customer care & communication at this website is very very poor!
