Email me if you would like the email thread between Italo and I. I asked for a refund, returned the items, and they tried to pull that they never received the items. AHA! Luckily I had a tracking number for them. I have contacted the BBB because it's been over 60 days with no refund. *******@gmail.com

Do NOT and I repeat Do NOT, you'd be better off flushing your money down the toilet, I don't know how they're still in business, oh yea idiots like me, I didn't know, but now you do.,... do not but from these people, their products are JUNK!

I tried returning a ring in which after about 10 emails and going back and forth and then staying stuff and going back on what they typed and on their word they did not honor the return. They also lied about having a tag on the ring which there was none preventing a refund. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Order 2 rings, one solitaire and one band. The product that arrived was worse quality than discount costume jewelery. Then, we tried to return the product, the vendor tried every trick in the book to keep our money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

In case you miss the fine print in their shipping section, they take up to 3 weeks to ship items out and then another week for the item to arrive. Requests to cancel the order have been met with unclear emails trying to talk their way around the issue. Very dishonest company and I'm afraid the items will be even worse given what little integrity I am seeing with their customer service.
