The customer support was professional, and they gladly assisted me with what I needed to know. The ordered ring was delivered intact, and fits so well. Am so happy and will absolutely buy from you in future.

Everyone should be suspicious of any company that won't provide their address for returning merchandise. I have emailed them 4 times asking for it so that I can return a ring I bought within their 30 day return policy. The ring doesn't fit and the stones are too big and uncomfortable between my fingers. They keep offering me other merchandise that I don't want and still won't provide their address!

This is ongoing. As of today they want me to take a picture of the ring with tag attached and once they examine the picture, they will "offer me the address". I have sent them their damn picture and plan to go balls to the wall with these people if they don't give me a full refund in 7 to 10 days.

I let them know that I will send all of our correspondence to my atty. If they do not provide my refund. And if necessary, my next step will be reporting Italo Jewelry to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3 that partners with the FBI). I'm really pissed off! They've messed with the wrong customer!

Ring is obviously cheap as it is not real. $141.17 CAD is too much for an eternity band that I got and it is not even gold.
I also made a mistake of reading only reviews on their website which is obviously has been picked and chosen by Italo jewellery. I also didn't realized this comes from China in which case I would have not bothered to order at all. I also paid for $20 for fast delivery but when shipment arrived in canada I had to pay $26.99 more to DHL for duties and fees which was not disclosed at the time of order. So free shipping means you will be paying duties and taxes.
I am never ever ordering anything again for them.

There is nothing I dont like about the ring.
I have owned it now for a while and wear it almost every day.
It shines and sparkles like the real deal.
I have not got caught with it, in anything as others have reported.
I mostly wear it by itself.
I have an allergy against silver and my fingers turn usally green, not with this one.
The delivery was quick and it was very well packed.
I recomend this ring to anyone and would definitely buy from this seller and company again.

I read the reviews and most of them seemed good. Don't be fooled. I waited much longer than it said on the shipping which means nothing really. When I opened the box and got the ring I was disgusted it looks nothing but I mean nothing like the ad. I've been trying to return the ring for a week now and they keep asking if I want a replacement. No I don't want another piece of junk from them. I want this returned. So far no luck.

I usually don't go for eternity styles because they're not comfortable for me, but this one is! It's not bulky on the finger, even though it basically takes the whole of it there. The design and stone pattern is really pretty. It sparkles just enough to where you get that nice crystal look without it looking like an obviously fake ring. I was looking for something to wear when I can't wear my actual ring and this fits the bill. It'll be my right hand ring when I'm wearing my wedding set. I am pleasantly and happily surprised that I was able to find this for such a specific purpose and the price is phenomenal. I can't speak to the wear and tear since it was delivered just now, but I will update.

Bought two pieces of jewelry. When received, looked totally different in person. I reached out to return the items since they have no phone number on their site. Sent an email and it found it extremely odd that the only time they returned emails was in the middle of the night. Asked for a refund and how to send items back. They asked me to think about because items were worth less than $20 and i had to pay shipping to return. Said they would give me something free for keeping items. Responded back very nicely that I still wanted a refund and 2nd response from them was asking me to rethink it. Now I'm pissed. Tell them i just want a refund then they agree to refund but first i need to send them pics of the items to make sure they still have tags attached. WTF! I do and now here we are on day 4 of still waiting to get info on how to return items. DO NO BUY FROM THEM. They are Hong Kong, that is where my items were shipped from.
